I just re-watched The Wolf 20 bajillion times and this song ended up in my playlist. Quite the happy coincidence if I say so myself.
The Wolf is just the entrance to a cave full of treasure that is this channel and their music. They're incredibly underrated, and deserve more attention imo
Honestly, their first two albums are just full of bangers of all types. As I heard more and more, The Wolf got lower on my favorite list (It's still good, it's just that it works better with the animated music video than just as a song).
Time to start the age old tradition of playing Siames new song for 1 hour straight.

That really struck a chord with me. From the get go, we’re raised thinking that to be emotional is to be weak. It is the hardest thing, trying to teach yourself how to allow yourself to be open and vulnerable, especially to those you love, after so long of trying to be strong by yourself.
In actuality, to be strong is to be able to share your sorrows and burdens without shame, so you may be healthy and succeed. That isn’t to say make your problems everyone else’s, but rather to be able to have the feedback or support we sometimes need in life, especially when we’re so young and confused about what to do.
It’s okay to cry. You’re not foolish for being human, and for feeling pain.

That's a really good interpretation! I also kind of hear it as a reminder that you can't (or at least shouldn't) stay still feeling sorry for yourself and hiding from the world. Let yourself cry and be honest with yourself, then get up and keep going. Likewise, when we're suffering in life, going to bad things to make yourself feel better won't last and will I only make things worse: "Ain't no wrong that's gonna last forever...Ain't so strong if doesn't bring us together..." We need to be honest, open, and compassionate when hard times hit if we want to move past them.
It took me five seconds to fall in love with this immediately.

It's also utter bullshit, but at least the song sounds nice.
This whole song really does stick to the young, the music relates to all the energy young people have while the lyrics directly relate to youth and their way to thinking for example a lot of kids think they"know better" while adults respond by saying they're foolish
But it could also play that stereotype ironically. Because tbh some things that come from tradition that are pretty foolish. That's why "ain't no wrong that lasts forever", "ain't so strong if doesn't bring us together" and "i'm no fool to cry".
"Young & Restless" was such a good song. SIAMÉS has never failed to impress me! 😁👏

And I believe that the part of "Do not fall into the trap" was changed to say something different like "If you got trouble", I listened to this several times and it sounds like that.

One of the best songs by this group. Even when I'm in a hyper manic state I can listen to this without making it worse. If anything it helps bring me back to equilibrium.

I love this group. I found the song "The Wolf" and kept it on repeat for a few days. Then, I began listening to other groups but then "Summer Nights" was released and i was like "oh my". Then THIS SONG drops and it's literally on 24/7. The vibes are so different from other groups and i really appreciate it.
