There is room for everyone in country music so of course "we'll have ya". To me the power of country music resides in its lyrics and subject matter. It doesn't matter where you are from the songs are relatable. Neon Moon for example, who cannot relate to a broken heart and hoping the lost love will come back whether its under some bar sign or a clear sky. If you want simplicity in a song you should listen to George Jones specifically "He stopped Loving her today". Someone once said if God sang he'd sound like George Jones.
George Jones has perhaps the most beautiful voice in all of country music. You can truly feel the emotion in his voice, especially in songs like ‘he stopped loving her today’...always brings a tear to my eye

I went to a Brooks and Dunn concert in the 90s. The act that opened for them couldnt make it. They played 3 hour with break in the middle. They never ran out of their hits they have so many. Seen them 3 times great every time.

Yes it's nice to have cowboy boots and a cowboy hat but it's not necessary for country music just enjoy the music. If you get a chance find a country concert on UA-cam I just watch it I just got done watching Brooks & Dunn live at Cain's Ballroom in Tulsa Oklahoma it was a one-hour concert I know you'll enjoy it.

Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, Tammy Whynette (for more classic country (and some kick-ass songs too) like Loretta's "You Ain't Woman Enough, to Take My Man" or ""Fist City". Shania Twain, Trisha Yearwood, Faith Hill (80s-90s and some newer), and loads more. Kinda seems she is only reviewing male country artists, so far.

Earl Thomas Conley HonorBound, holding her and loving you two great songs and they do what he did with Keith Whitley brotherly love great song. Anything George Jones sings. Alabama's Mountain Music, if you're going to play in Texas gotta have a fiddle in the band, there's no way, I'm in a hurry I could name almost 20 to 30 Alabama songs.
The studio version of this has a little different sound because he does different pitches and does some of the words in deeper or higher tones through the song. This live version is done in a little more "laid back" bar room style and sung softer with a more acoustic sound (some songs they played during this show were completely acoustic) because that's what this show they were doing was about. I love both this live version and the studio version but you really should hear the studio one as well and listen to the vocal range he goes through on it!
Young lady, This is a country-western song therefore it is sad and makes people cry. Trust me before I got my laptop. I would listen to and watch at the local library. People thought I was crazy for tearing-up. What can I say. This music makes you feel. That is one of the many special things to country music. People can relate. Don Williams is another singer who would often invite the audience to join in. If you've never done one of his, I'd recommend "I Believe In You" or "Good Ol' Boys Like Me" He is another really mellow singer that could knock a good love song out of the park.

I was raised on Country music... 47 years. Brooks and Dunn are one of the all time great duets. Their concerts are amazing. Love to see you enjoying the music I grew up on! And of course we will have you!!! A uniquely American genre dealing with the emotions and situations that are common to all of us around the globe.

I loved hearing this song growing up and now this is my sons favorite song for me to sing to him. Hes 1 and mumbles along to it. My oldest songs loves singing with me to his brother and it just melts my heart! I love country music! Glad you enjoyed it.
I'm proud to have you in the Country music world. I've been watching a lot of first time reactions videos for Country music from people that's never listened to it, most because they have people telling them their whole lives that Country is horrible music. Since I've been watching them every single one has ended up wanting to smack themselves for waiting so long to give it a chance. I love seeing people convert to Country music fans it is the only secular music people can truly relate to.

I went to a Brooks and Dunn concert in the 90s. The act that opened for them couldnt make it. They played 3 hour with break in the middle. They never ran out of their hits they have so many. Seen them 3 times great every time.

Yes it's nice to have cowboy boots and a cowboy hat but it's not necessary for country music just enjoy the music. If you get a chance find a country concert on UA-cam I just watch it I just got done watching Brooks & Dunn live at Cain's Ballroom in Tulsa Oklahoma it was a one-hour concert I know you'll enjoy it.
It's ok, us guys love him too. Brings a lot of joy to my heart seeing you falling in love with country music. Country music doesn't discriminate against anyone so you are more than welcome to enter the country world. Especially glad you are listening to some real country music. Keith Whitley Don't Close Your Eyes, Vern Gosdin set em up Joe play Walking the Floor and chiseled in stone brings tears to my eyes no matter how I listen to it. Earl Thomas Conley HonorBound, holding her and loving you two great songs and they do what he did with Keith Whitley brotherly love great song. Anything George Jones sings. Alabama's Mountain Music, if you're going to play in Texas gotta have a fiddle in the band, there's no way, I'm in a hurry I could name almost 20 to 30 Alabama songs.
The studio version of this has a little different sound because he does different pitches and does some of the words in deeper or higher tones through the song. This live version is done in a little more "laid back" bar room style and sung softer with a more acoustic sound (some songs they played during this show were completely acoustic) because that's what this show they were doing was about. I love both this live version and the studio version but you really should hear the studio one as well and listen to the vocal range he goes through on it!

This is a country-western song therefore it is sad and makes people cry. Trust me before I got my laptop. I would listen to and watch at the local library. People thought I was crazy for tearing-up. What can I say. This music makes you feel. That is one of the many special things to country music. People can relate. And yes we will accept you as a country girl. Keep on, keeping on!
i was raised on this in the early mid 90s. went to boot camp in the Marines in 96. this was the popular music of my place and time.

Cody Johnson “Nothin On You” !!!! He’s very Texas/Red Dirt Country. I’ve seen him 8 times in concert! Also, “Dear Rodeo” by him. He used to be a Rodeo Cowboy and Dear Rodeo is his love letter to his previous career! VERY VERY GOOD! Live Versions of both of those songs are SOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!

Don Williams is another singer who would often invite the audience to join in. If you've never done one of his, I'd recommend "I Believe In You" or "Good Ol' Boys Like Me" He is another really mellow singer that could knock a good love song out of the park.
