yeah, She stopped and talked right there and I was hoping she caught that her radio alarm went off and it was him singing. #wakeupcall Are we to a point that she might not possibly know about radio alarm clocks?
I met my future wife during my senior year in high school (1972) she wanted a ride on my motorcycle the rest was history and we're still together today.
There are just too many good Toby Keith songs to choose from. Beer For My Horses, Red Solo Cup, The Angry American, I Want To Talk About Me, Trailerhood…
I'm a big believer in Karma. It's always worked out for me. I've been so blessed in my life? Be kind. You will be paid back in a thousand ways? If you are a decent person in the first place, you will never even know? I swear to God it's true, though?
Toby is great. I was a photographer for a small ABC affiliate in his home state of Oklahoma and covering a high school football game. He was on the sidelines and we talked like we knew each other for years. It helped because I'm a vet and he loves vets
“Living in your radio,” means that after she made fun of him for pursuing a music career, he dreamed of his songs being played on the radio, and her hearing him. You can’t turn the radio on to a Country station without hearing a Toby Keith song.
Although the story line in this video shows one aspect of the title, the truth is even better. This was Toby Keith's slap in the face to his former record label who wouldn't let him do his own music. So, he finally gets out of his contract and does this song to rub it in. Really great song just for that. He blew up in popularity after he was released and started doing his own music! Created his own record label. And guess who he signed to his label? None other than Taylor Swift! He is still making money off the songs she created on his record label. She is no longer with his record label, but he found her and signed her first. He just wanted to show the other record labels that he knew what he was doing all along! As always, love your reaction videos Gitana! Keep them coming!
He is living in her radio because he made it in Nashville (When I took off to Tennessee/I heard that you made fun of me/ Never imagined I'd make it this far) so now she hears his songs on country radio.
Funny random ones Matt Kennon- The Call (Note: TW) Roger Creager- The Everclear Song Casey Donahew Band- White Trash Story Cam- Burning House Randy Travis- Three Wooden Crosses (A classic) The “Chicks”- Goodbye Earl
The song was originally about his record deal. They said he would never make it as a singer. The video puts a twist on that because most everyone has someone in the past they want to say that to.
The one thing i've always loved about this song is the "nana nana boo boo" playground taunt kids used to use being incorporated into the song at 6:50 lol
I absolutely have this person. She was a statician when I wrestled. 1 year ahead of me, homecoming queen, etc. She actually liked me, and my dumbass didn't realize how much.
Love Toby Keith songs and your reaction to this one. You might try "Red Solo Cup" next time around. OR you might like a dynamic song about young love, "We Were in Love".
Gitana the tomboy. Who knew? You're beautiful now. Always happy to see you, Gitana, and in those rare instances, Donovan. Another great reaction, Lil Sister. Love y'all and all the Gitanos too!
Toby Keith has some great songs so whether you need to hear something heartfelt, patriotic, romantic, sad, melancholy, inspiring, thoughtful, or just plain funny, yeah especially funny, then Toby’s got what you need. My favorite songs by Toby Keith are Who’s That Man; Wish I Didn’t Know Now; You Shouldn’t Kiss Me Like That; He Ain’t Worth Missing; We Were In Love; Upstairs Downtown; How Do You Like Me Now; I Wanna Talk About Me; American Soldier; Trailerhood; A Little Too Late; A Little Less Talk and a Lot More Action; and of course Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue.
Turn up your heat to 85 to 90゚ and I'll think you're on the beach like it is right here right now in Southwest Florida!!!! And yes I am at the beach on the Gulf of Mexico
I had heard Toby before this but didn't really know it and wasn't totally into his music. This was the one. This got me hooked on Toby Keith and even got my Mom into him. She first thought I was talking about Trace Adkins when I was talking about this song, who she wasn't big on. I think it was maybe even seeing the video where she was like "This is awesome". Then she loved Red Solo Cup above all else.
Toby Keith tells the story of the love of his life who told him he'd never ever be a music star and broke up with him. This is his musical come uppance all up in her face....
If you were to check out another Toby song, I would recommend "You Shouldn't Kiss Me Like This." "Trailerhood" and "Who's Your Daddy" are great too. Or "Beer For My Horses" featuring Willie Nelson. They actually made a comedy type movie under that same name, years later.
Back in the day she was a bit uppie and big feeling.. Toby is really good at singing attitude songs.. Did you know that he played semi-pro football? He writes a bunch of good music..... Meanwhile you two take care and stay safe...... One of my favorite Toby songs is the Taliban Song. I suggest you two look it up & watch it. You will laugh!...
If you’re enjoying Toby Keith. You should check out Big Ol Truck. It’s one of his earlier songs so a lot of people forget about it. It was one of my favorites back in the day.
Yeah, in my school years I never fit in and couldn’t enjoy the prestige of the popular kids. I never dared to ask most girls out, but even less-popular ones turned me down. It was a very long time before I got all that sorted and figured out for myself. Having worked to be stronger as a man I know those ladies would see me differently today.
Hello Half Pint & GITANO'S! Hope everyone is well today - great song & great reaction Half Pint! I never could see you as a ugly one dear, that beautiful soul & light inside of you always comes out Half Pint! Much positivity Half Pint & GITANO'S & everyone have a great week ahead!!!💙💟💙
I was so painfully shy I was overlooked by everyone other than a crush I'd had since I was 13. He was older. He married a girl in his class. They divorced and he looked me up my Sr year and turns out he had had a crush on me too. So he was my first date. My first kiss. And my first husband. I was still in school. He died in the Navy the same year. 1974. So I'm twice widowed now. My second husband was in the Air Force 20 years. Then LE. In between he had various other jobs for about 5 years. He passed away one month before retirement from LE. I won't be getting married again. Lol
Was married, and she left me.Wasn't going anywhere.Divorced and it all fell in place. So then she wanted me back.Too late for that.So,yes.It comes around.
Really?? You didn't get it. He's playing himself---Toby Keith, a Star, with his music always in her radio. He said I'm your wake up call----his music on the radio as her alarm!
In high school I was in a group of gal wallflowers. Literally no guys talked to me in high school more than just in class conversation. One guy I had a crush on I would love to say those words to him now because, well, he looks a lot older than I look and he was actually a year younger than me.
I’m a new subscriber from the US. I REALLY enjoy the honest reactions in your videos! I’m a life long lover of country music and any music that’s good. I wonder if you’ve heard or reacted any Allen Jackson videos if not I suggest his song Remember When it has a steel solo that burns in this southern boy’s heart!! You might listen to his son Where we’re you when the world stopped turning. It’s his honest thoughts on the 911 attacks in New York in 2001. Your reactions are gold, keep it up!!
Toby became a hugely successful recording artist so his music ‘lives in her radio’ &, if she has a radio alarm clock, his music is also her daily ‘wake up call’.
That kind of happened to me my band was playing a small bar and some girls I went to elementary school with that treated me bad especially one was there and yeah it was fun to see their attitudes completely change .
Yeah I do her name was Dana Moody . Back in 9th grade at Silverado Jr HS. I was madly in love with her. She ignored me because I wasnt " one of the cool crowd" I just came back off tour with my band and I would love to rub my success in her face. Just to see her expression .
I was the ugly duckling in school. Came from a poor family. Was laughed at by the girls. I went into the United States Marine Corps and got into really good shape, got a good job when I got out. Now I am financially secure and only work to give me something to do. I met a woman 25 years ago and we became best friends right away. I married her 3 years ago. I'm sure alot of the girls from back then would be surprised.
Gitana, I just recently found you on UA-cam and subscribed to your channel. I have been into country music all my life for the very reasons you talk about as you listen to them now. I would like to suggest a Brad Paisley song " This is country music". I think it will explain why country fans love the genre. Much love to you, our British cowgirl!!
How is it that every song you react to is a gem? I even love the country songs, and country isn't really my cup of tea, so keep being you and stay awesome.
I asked a cheerleader in high school to a dance and was rejected. I ran into her about 7 years later when I went home to visit. I was out with my friends when she invited me back to her house, but I stayed with my friends.
TOBY PASSED AWAY FEBRUARY 2024...his music 🎶 will last forever 😊😊😊
Living in her radio, everytime she had the radio on his music would come on. And of course as he was more successful she heard him more.
yeah, She stopped and talked right there and I was hoping she caught that her radio alarm went off and it was him singing. #wakeupcall Are we to a point that she might not possibly know about radio alarm clocks?
I met my future wife during my senior year in high school (1972) she wanted a ride on my motorcycle the rest was history and we're still together today.
@@tomzawacki8906 I love that! Merry Christmas 🎄

One guy I was in 5th grade with was a bully in school. We just reconnected on Facebook last year. Now he is a Country Music Singer.
A little too late by Toby Keith, you gonna love it also get a good laugh out of it…
Toby Keith, he is a singer, living in your radio. His music is on her radio its good fun.
My opinion, his best love song is BLUE MOON
Living in her radio refers to having a hit song that is played on the radio station
He is living in her radio because he made it in Nashville (When I took off to Tennessee/I heard that you made fun of me/
Never imagined I'd make it this far) so now she hears his songs on country radio.

God Love Her is another great Toby Keith song!!
Cause he's a star now...on the radio
The song was originally about his record deal. They said he would never make it as a singer. The video puts a twist on that because most everyone has someone in the past they want to say that to.

Toby Keith courtesy of the Red White and Blue
Gotta check out “Red Solo Cup” by Toby Keith. Another really good fun video that you’d enjoy.
love ur hair like that
OH I wish you would do Brad Paisley!
Gitana, have you ever see "urban cowboy" or "pure country" or "I Can Only Imagine"?
You'd probably like those movies.
You nailed it. I enjoyed your reaction. I the same vain and country music genre is a Garth Brooks song, "Unanswered Prayers."
I really love you and your husband’s reactions you guys are the best

I always liked it at the end, where the guitar outro sounds like "nyah na nyah nyah nyah nyah".
You are one of the greatest personalities doing reactions. I really enjoy your attitude and comments. Love this song, Thanks
Everyone has *that one person* they'd love to strut by today.. lol
Here’s another great bar song by Neal McCoy “Billy got his beer goggles on”
I asked a cheerleader in high school to a dance and was rejected. I ran into her about 7 years later when I went home to visit. I was out with my friends when she invited me back to her house, but I stayed with my friends.
You should watch, "A little too late."
Toby's first hit was should have been a cowboy and my favorite of his
People Google your feet? Whatever works I guess. R.I.P to a true country music legend Toby Keith.
Hi. This song was to record producers who passed on him. Said he wouldn't make it.
