Have to call out Deboer constantly whining about the Oilers PP. Dude just like football special teams is part of the game. Hes a great coach. The Oilers are a team of destiny this year, Stars heavily outplayed them shots 35-10, posts and missing empty nets. I think he can bring a cup to Dallas, future is bright for them. He is highly respected by the players who play for him, very far from a clown

He's right about the tough draws. Wish getting a top seed meant more than just one more home game, maybe something radical like actually picking your first round opponent. After all, look at the struggles a team has to endure over the long season to achieve this - and its worth practically nothing. Put it another way, why should be more than just an occasional fan during the regular season?

Congratulations, the stars could barely beat the injured knights in game 7, beating big bad scary vegas was their biggest achievement, that was their stanley cup. Its too bad pete the clown and the rest of his dirtbag team couldn't win the real stanley cup.

@stephenpinckney3895 The knights had the deepest dcore and center depth in the league. Vegas had something like 9 players who needed surgeries. Dallas still couldn't beat them, the series went to 7 games and they barely got out of that series because of one fluke goal. Healthy vegas would've curb stomped garbage dallas, just like they did last year.
A little bit of an off night for game 5? How about all but 10 minutes they forgot they were playing a hockey game.
DeBoer is an excellent coach. He can get you far...just not sure he can win it all.

he's gone to the conference final 5/6 years on 3 teams and has never won the cup. He's become known for this, he's not good at adapting in the playoffs when things don't go his way.
In all honesty this man got the Stars to a first seed and they played awesome all season so he did something right but this team needed better preparation to finish what they started and its called RESILIENCE
Four final fours and nothing on top of making that pathetic Edmonton defence look good and lastly what a whiner at the end played a hurt Vegas team and avs team who lost there top scorer now go miss the playoffs.
They played hard out there. The best game they played the whole series and i guess that's what it comes down too. You need that every game to beat a team like Edmonton. I'm proud of the team and proud of the season they had. It was a great ride while it lasted and we will be back!
