Got exactly the answer he deserved. Stick to writing about the Cowboys is that it what you are going to bring to the table for your only question of the season Timmy.

They are being countered. This is literally what the coach is there for. He analyses what the other team did that worked, and creates a counter for it. Huge respect for Deboer. The media dipwad asked a question that he should have known a good coach was going to shove right back down his throat. I've never seen Deboer get so ticked off at the media - the guy is extremely patient, polite and considerate with media. However, enough is enough.
That Dallas loss was entirely on the players. After Edmonton’s two early goals, they simply gave up. No sense of urgency or energy. From a fans perspective, they laid an egg. I’m still hoping for a game seven, but after that performance, it seems unlikely.
Bothare doing their jobs correctly, the only possible mistake is in the working of the reporters' question, but it was also grest to see DeBoer stand up for his team
I'm a little bit disappointed with Coach DeBoer's response to some of these questions. His team has gotten blitzed in the last two games and have clearly been out played. Since the 2-0 lead in game 4 they have been overwhelmed by the Oilers. To just simply say it's not always going to be pretty when you're getting your ass kicked is an outlook centered in a disconnected reality about what's really happening with your team.
Dallas has looked tired the last 2.5 games, other than the first few min of game 4. Oilers are a heavier team, and at times, hits have been 2-1. Dallas is playing their hardest, but I think they've been worn down. DeBoer even commented on his teams fatigue after game 4 and said something to the effect of "we've gotta reach down and find away when we've come this far, fatigue is not an excuse".
Im an Oilers fan first but I really like the Stars, alot of high character guys on that roster, I personally feel Edmonton has out performed the Stars overall in the series, but the stars are not to be underestimated and can come back in this series, as the coach said, this is the CF's there are no flukes its the best 4 teams facing off for the cup finals.

Thinking something and not saying it, doesn't make you any better. In fact, it makes you worse. Props to DeBoer for continuing to speak his mind yet again. @burnedoils The players have to be accountable too! How many shots on goal did they have through 2 periods? It's easy to blame the coach, but the players gotta do their part as well. I personally like Pete, and I don't think this season should result in moving on from him.

If you're a Stars fan, then you know they aren't really known as a physical team. Where was all of the hitting in the Avs series? Vegas tried to bully them and the Stars out-skilled them. Oilers are a bigger, heavier team who definitely play physical. Most of these games, hits were 2-1, and many of Dallas' hits were just harmless checks. DeBoer said before game 1, he'd rather the series be like the Avs series than the Vegas series as he likes less hitting because guys stay healthier. Oilers are like a hybrid of Avs and Vegas. Both teams have a lot of speed and just playing 2 ways at the pace they both do, is tiring. But throw in a lot of punishing checks in the first 2-3 games, and it appears Edmonton has worn down Dallas.

Peter DeBoer’s responses were disappointing to me. Who cares if you haven’t ever seen this particular reporter? You’re a professional coach and a lawyer, you know what it’s going to take next game , so speak to that.
You gotta stand up for your team and that reporter is a piece of garbage, loved his response. Go watch badminton then much more calm for you.
@@SS-iv7wv see DeBoer’s interview after this one, he takes full responsibility for his emotional response
Bye bye stars
Haha...too early. All they need to do is win 2 games...and i think they will win in Edmknton...then again...maybe they won't.

Sure, win in Edmokton…we’ll win in Edmonton.
It takes a few adjustments. Don't get confident yet or do you forget the collapse you guys had at home a couple of games ago?
Remember the 2-0 lead stars blew in game 4 ?
@@loilt5091 Didn't even get the misspelling right...lol.😆
Stars will come back. Will be Rangers and Stars final. Mark my words. Write that down.
