This is the style of my current home. I love how calm it is for me but it does feel cold and "duplicated"...so it's beautiful but the challenge is warming it up and personalization. I live in a modern, condo space though so the style is befitting. Sometimes the building dictates the interior.

The iMac has no power cord and he’s hating every minute of this.
lmao at first i was like "dang, nice cable management on the desk" and then they showed it again and i was like welp, nvm this is stupid af
Connor mcDavid hates every minute of every interview
Despite being the best hockey player in the world he seems to absolutely hate talking to people
Mcdavids not a big interview guy never really has been I’m sure he’s a great leader in the dressing room just doesn’t really transfer to media
Great to see they have a house that matches their personalities - Cold and Lifeless
🤣🤣🤣
Only comment worth reading and upvoting.. seriously lifeless souls
That was pretty funny but...
100% spot on but.....
Conner is one hell of a hockey player.
I’m sorry but is this a joke? Seems a little harsh since you can’t judge someone by a house tour. 😂
I’m surprised how far I had to scroll to find a comment like this. This house is the most expensive Scarface poster of a house.
This is the style of my current home. I love how calm it is for me but it does feel cold and "duplicated"...so it's beautiful but the challenge is warming it up and personalization. I live in a modern, condo space though so the style is befitting. Sometimes the building dictates the interior.
So, you are not in the market for a log cabin?
Must be really convenient to have all the comforts and equipment for recovery time between games. Not all athletes have that luxury. 👍
Guy also gets paid more and plays better than most athletes
I’d spend more money on the gym and have less empty space in the house lol
I am an interior designer and this house called everything but cozy.
no wonder why no one hires u
@𝑴𝒂𝒆𝒍𝒊. yeah lol
So what’s this design called?
@𝑴𝒂𝒆𝒍𝒊. Hi! First of all I do not know him :) It is just my opinion and trust me you don't need to be interior designer to know this truth. This house feels like a shopping mall...
Nobody cares about you
That's the coldest house Ive ever seen on this channel
That’s Edmonton for you ;)
Hey Leonard...you truly are the added touch, a ray of sunshine that makes this house a lovely home.
Anyone agree?
Best way to watch this video is put your fingers in your ears whenever she speaks. Connor is a Legend.
Haha, glad to see I'm not alone. Her voice trigger a bad feeling in y brain. I had to lower the volume.
They seem so thrilled to be showing their house 🤣
Not a lot of enthusiasm was there.... 🤷♀️
His* house.
I love the massive sliding cabinet doors. Imagine all the mess I could hide there when my mom is visiting. 😂
Lol

I feel you 😂😂😂
Lol I had to check your name is thought u were my daughter 🤣
She's just the gf talking like the wife lol, this is HIS house not HERS 😆😂
I'm 2 min in and it's a bit hilarious...
Basically cuts him off: "so welcome to our hoooouuuuse-a"
Brutal
She seems v entitled especially just to be dating him, almost like his mom & they’re so young
@@brownsugarglamour ya I felt the mom vibes in the interview. If she keeps it up I don’t think this works out in the long run
@@antetokounmpo9787 she must have something over him, he genuinely doesn’t look happy.
lol you guys have them figured out after a house tour? She helped design the house and has her own money. I think it belongs to both of them.

we just have to keep the puck moving

Whoa Connor tone it down with the personality buddy holy smokes don’t get too excited here
Lol, most hockey players have the personality of a rock.
They look like they just had a huge argument with each other. Connor has the "let's get this overwith" attitude about the visit.
That's how he is with everything lol.
He’s a pretty introverted dude, that’s just his personality
Seems like he cares much less about all this stuff than she does.
I love this home. It's clean and minimalist. I love how they did all the TV's especially the big wall.
It’s so cold
ua-cam.com/video/pL22ydnaWkc/v-deo.html 🤍
@@SoyLloyd that's why it fits Edmonton lol
This is not minimalist.
Hahaha minimalist? You have to pick up a book
AD Open Door is basically the new MTV cribs lol even the inside of the fridge is featured. Suuuuper architectural
It's a beautiful house truly! BUT it really doesn't give off that 'live in vibe' - its a home that reminds me more of a hotel ( I do love how they designed their basement)
I agree, it is very sterile. I think they incorporated a ton of storage because even in the kitchen there wasn't a coffee or espresso machine. I assume they have appliances though!
Girlfriend: "welcome to our home"
Judge: "no ring = not yours"
Hahaha 😀 My thoughts exactly.
Haha
Common law spouse if they live together long enough buddy, cant forget about that!
Lmao
This is stunning, my type of house. Clean, slick, modern and minimalistic.
ua-cam.com/video/pL22ydnaWkc/v-deo.html 🤍
lol minimalistic?
That's sweet of her to help him spend his money
usually dont like these modern houses but everything here felt intentional and very well thought out...also a little cozier than other modern minimalist houses! super nice and refreshing to see
I am going to look up the meaning of cozy, thought I always knew, but apparently I don't in this so modern world.
@@camlacasse3760 the term cozy is definitely subjective! You probably know what it means still 😉
cozy as a coffin
I think Connor is one of the few people who’s total awkwardness with any sort of publicity or interviews makes them more endearing.
Like you can really tell he doesn’t do it for the fame and to probably feels so awkward being called things like McJesus. He just loves hockey and is the best at it.
I think you JUST love hockey and its the best at it
I actually love this. I don’t usually like modern houses but this one is good
Honestly, it’s really ugly for what that kind of money can offer. Looks more like a soulless “what is the most actual things we can add” house rather than a charming modern house.
I think the best part about their house is that the unconventional rooms actually seem practical for them
i love lots of the designs materials and the space seems nice and all. but black is too much.. the colour schemes are off.
The only cozy thing if this home is that doggo ❤️❤️❤️
Thank God its not your home
They designed the entire house to follow the color scheme of the lovely dog, what's not cozy about it? lol
I love this house. The architecture design team did a great job. You can tell they really love their house.
ua-cam.com/video/pL22ydnaWkc/v-deo.html 🤍
The inside is fine, but the outside looks like a Soviet era apartment block that was painted with stealth fighter, radar-absorbing paint.
I like how the girl saying "this is a rlly nice a very perfect bed and a way to sleep in this room" and Conner "this is a bed for guest"
The last word that would be used to describe this home is cozy! Lacking soul, cold, those would be the first!
she designed it. He just lives there and owns it
It's a beautiful house, but feels really cold. I couldn't live with so little color. It's also clear that this was all her; he does not care. I'm glad they still focused on him. It was like *Chanel strategically thrown around the closet* and all they filmed was his side 🤣
The dog has the best personality out of all of them
So right!
5:35 He had no clue they had a popcorn machine there lol
Honestly one of the nicer spots and homes in Edmonton. Thank you Connor for letting us inside your lovely home.

It's got a nice view - of the dog park. Great for watching other people's dogs taking a dump.
Everyone is going on about how beautiful the house is, while I'm sitting here wondering if Connor actually wears shoes inside his own house all the time? 🤔😆
In doubt it, in Canada nobody wears shoes inside especially, during the winter
Very uncanadian.
if you're rich enough, you can have shoes that you only where inside, I myself like slides around the house.

What a cold house, ick.
Why do I sense they got in a fight before this?
theyre just boring af
Think they're just nervous about having strangers in their home and the inevitable judgement comments that are sure to follow.
The basement was pretty cool. That’s it.
This house makes me feel hungover and want to go home. It reminds me too much of a Las Vegas hotel/lounge.
Lol!
Hahaha soo true.
it's a gorgeous house, for sure. love the design of it and the minimalism.

What is minimalist in this extravagant house?
@@MrChickenchow its very clean and sleek without a lot of furniture or items
@@arlofleenor1838 clean and without a lot of furniture is your definition of minimalism? Lolz

“I’d like my house to look like an Orthodontists Office, but with no Colours at all. Perfect”.
Like others have posted, it seems cold, not cozy. It's pretty big for a house that is only used in the winter. Half way through, I wondered, who cleans it. They must have a large cleaning staff.
Pretty cool to have someone focusing on improving the inside. Pretty good to know. As long as home boy don’t get kicked out.
I think this house is really nicely done. It’s also massive for just 2 people. Super modern, bet it’s so cozy in the winter. Seems like there aren’t many windows?
What? Not many windows. The whole house is glass except upstairs which has windows and doors

There’s something very unsettling about the whole black and white theme.

Don't feel like any of their personality made it into this house, looks like off the shelf luxury design/architecture. I'm sure they have more personality that they could put into this house
