I’m surprised you didn’t mention the ‘99 Knicks considering they are the only 8th seed in NBA history to reach the Finals. Although they lost to the Spurs in the end they deserve some love for doing what no one else has been able to accomplish.
@@Crazmoon-kv2up wasn’t that year the heat got suspensions in 1999 or that was in 1998 when they lost in the 1st round. They also got into a big brawl in 1997 which led to John starks, Oakley, Larry Johnson being suspended for games 6-7
My favorite moment is when Jamal Murray realized after that game 7 he had to play another game tomorrow his face was priceless but yeah I don't think it will ever see that happen again One 3-1 come back is already hard enough but to do it back to back times is crazy
Let’s goooooo new vid!!!!!!! I’m shocked the 2016 Cavs weren’t at least mentioned. The Cavs were down 3-1 to the 73-9 warriors and came back and won in 7. That for me is the greatest upset in nba history
@Feng It’s not an upset because of the king, it’s an upset because people already thought the series was over by game 4 and Bron proved them wrong. It’s either a great upset which brings up Lebrons legacy or a collapse of the warriors.
Y’all are gonna blow up! Keep up the grind I’m literally watching all your videos even if the videos are old news. Yalls commentary is legendary and the editing style!
Crazy they mentioned that if we are lucky, we might get a 6th seed upset a 3rd, and we just had a 5,6,7,8 seed upets in the first round. Guess we are really lucky. These playoffs are gonna go down in history as one of the best and its barely passed th first round
2016 Cavs should be on the list of the biggest upsets. The Warriors were defending champions, and broke the record for the best regular season of all time 73-9. To add, the Cavs fired their coach midway through the season, and were facing a 3-1 deficit (at the time, no team in NBA history had ever come back from that in the finals). Tack on the fact that the city of Cleveland had a 52 year curse for a title. Despite all that adversity, the Cavs rose to the occasion and made history, upsetting the mighty 73-9 warriors.
A forgotten upset was the New Jersey nets beating the defending champs who had just won the title in 1983 in the 1st round the year after. Not to mention the 40 win rockets beating the lakers in 1981
To be fair to the Lakers in 1981 the NBA was going by the outdated 3 game series format which made things a bit easier for Houston. Interesting fact: Twice Houston beat the Lakers in the 80s when they were in the midst of winning titles. Imho the 1986 series win was even more impressive than in 1981.
This years kings if they beat the warriors definitely gonna be on the same level maybe even higher than the we believe warriors in terms of neutral fans
The rockets had troubles when playing against Seattle when Otis Thorpe and Carl Herrea were there then, when 1996 came, the Rockets got swept because they had no PF in the lineup who can rebound and pl;ay good defense on Kemp and Detlf Robert Horry and Chucky Brown were not enough to stop those two. Next year they got Charles Barkley and beat the Sonics
I would say the Miami Heat upset Every team except Denver in these last playoffs… And they lost the first play-in game to the Hawks so definitely a solid 8th seed that made it to the finals… y’all just made this video a few months earlyyyy
Nah, I gotta say I love the two narrators format, the editing and the meme inserts. Keep it going, I've been looking for this type of content

That really wasn’t an upset sense there was only 50 games that season but there were only like 3 games behind them
@@Crazmoon-kv2up Good context
I'm also urprised they didn't mention that and that they didn't mention the Rick Barry led warriors who became champs in 1975

@Feng dumbass reply, everyone thought the series was done and he upset it.
Their chemistry is so crazy
2023 Heat: “Hol up….I have an idea!”
I was 2 years old during that Warriors and Mavs series so thankfully I was spared from having to see my team get cooked like that 💀
How do I give you guys money, I want to help make sure the channel is stable and keeps putting out this unreal level of content
Your duo commentary is what makes your vids entertaining and interesting. You guys gonna blow up the algo very soon
In the NBA teams play each other so much more than they do in NCAA, It pretty much separates itself out as a result. Excited to watch the video

would’ve been nuts if those We Believe Knicks would’ve won it all😂
Knicks vs Heat in '99? I know that was a bizarre season due to the lockout but that's one of few 1v8 upsets.
That season only had 50 games
@@taylortnt1175 Heat had 39 wins has the first seed right

Warriors had a dude named Bimbo Coles back in the day. That should tell you everything you need to know
2016 Finals doesn't ring a bell? We were down 3-1 to a 73 and 9 team. I'm just asking.
Fun fact the very piece of wall that Dirk’s trash can made a hole in was cut out and taken to the Chase Center

2011 all major stars were hurt. Mavs won by default.
Anybody forget the Warriors upseting the Nuggets in the 1st Round in 2013
That barely gets brought up the warriors were the 7th seed and won 44 games while going against the 2nd seed nuggets that won 57 games.
@@tj5180 close but wrong. 2013 Warriors were 6th seed and won 46 games.
