I want to thank you for another great video. I have made at least 6 of your recipes so far and thet have been wonderful. I appreciate that they are simple to make, you explain everything very well and you don't use a lot if different expensive ingredients. Thank you for all of your work and for sharing. Cooking is not my talent and I am grateful for people like you.
Thank you so much. I am so glad you have been enjoying my videos and that the recipes you have made have turned out well. I love to hear I am helping others.
As long as it’s below 140° it won’t kill the yeast. That’s fresh McDonald’s coffee temperature, 🤷🏻♀️ so it’s pretty daggone hot. 😊 Flaxseed can also take the place of eggs and help reduce the need for added fats in a recipe. It is a neutral to pleasant tasting ingredient, when baked.
I made these this morning, my husband and i split one with butter for a taste test, we both liked them and will definitely be making these again, thank you Janet for all of your hard work!
You can try substiting with coconut flour. I gave a little description in the video on how to do that. I don't know that this will work with almond flour or other flours. The only suggestion I can make is if you try another flour other than coconut flour when it comes time to mix in the milk add it in small amounts until you get the right consistency but I can't guarantee any substitutes will work.

U are amazing, cant wait to try 🤗💥🤩🤪
Thank you. I hope these turn out for you when you try them
Have you not just killed those poor yeast with such hot milk? And isn't flaxseed taste bad in baking?
No to both. You need hot milk (not boiling) and I use Bob's Red Mill golden flaxseed meal which I think has a very neutral taste
Yummmm🤗🤗🌷
@@coleenlong8212 definitely 👍

You're welcome. I am so glad these turned out to you and your husband's liking
Hi Janet could you he's lupin flour along with bamboo flour?
You can try. If you do add the milk in small amounts until you get the right consistency. I can't guarantee it will work but it's worth a try
Ugh... fiber, fiber, fiber 🤢🙄
Thanks Janet. Anxious to try with oat fiber.
You're welcome I hope this turns out to your liking when you try it.
Can it be made into a loaf instead of buns?
Yes you can make it into a loaf you'll just need to cook it a little longer
How to substitute for a different flour
