In this Blender tutorial, I will explain how the texture coordinate node works and the differences between its various types. Understanding this node is crucial for creating realistic and accurate textures in both physically based rendering (PBR) and procedural textures in Blender. Watch this tutorial to learn how to use the texture coordinate node and take your texturing skills to the next level.

Love your work, thank you that was super helpful Mohammed!
thanks 🕺🙌
Great video. looking forward to part 2
will be posting that in 24 hours! 😄
Thank you for this. It helped me figure out exactly what I wanted to know. Specifically, the bit about Object mode which is what I wanted to use, but wasn't sure exactly how it worked.
Happy to know it helped you. I was also super confused about this when I was starting out as well 😄
Rule 1 of the digital creative world: The best teacher is always some Indian guy with waaay too little subs on UA-cam. Thank you for this awesome video!
I just was thinking That
That's lot of work and info bro
Thanks, hope it was helpful
Thank you so much.
thanks, nice content
Glad you liked it 😄
For the stretched part, I was trying to use a procedure texture and noticed the same stretch thing. But there is no option of "box" in the procedure texture. Is it possible to fix that?
For procedural texture there is no box option, instead you have to use the object co-ordinate, check this video ua-cam.com/video/U60foGDU2Nw/v-deo.html at 0:58 I solve that issue here
@@Bacosil Thanks for the quick reply😀
That did not work for me though. Probably because I am doing a complex cloth with wave texture. No matter I choose x, y or z, there is always some part almost parallel to that direction and the waves are therefore stretched..
Guess procedure texture is just not for cases like this.
I'm not going to watch the video right now because I don't need it right now but I just came to tell you that you have a very good thumbnail for this video it encourages you to click through
Thanks a lot for this awesome comment 🙌
