The Seaside episode with the hospital really is a good representation towards whenever someone close is in the hospital, especially for something serious. It is easy to get lost down long hallways and winding passages as the mind is distracted, and it becomes easy to imagine the worst around you. Add to that the bureaucracy involved with it all (collecting/signing proper forms) and the game provides something that which, while clearly more geared towards horror, feels very prevalent.
the fridge and the whole looking at it thing instantly made me think of your playthrough of Control and that mission where you had to help free the dude who couldn't stop looking at the fridge or it would do something bad, good memories lol.

The end of that playthough had a really stressful bit where a monster was on it's way to perma-kill you, and you had to hide in the rooms with blood-stained hand prints. That was also the first episode of that game that you completed without any characters dying!

Somehow she still makes the scaries soothing!! I had on Madison during an infusion and it made my nurse jump. Maybe no more horror with my nurses coming at me with my needle. Whoops. As someone who just started working at a hospital I can confirmed that the signs are all lying, the rooms loop places without reason and everything is a labyrinth. Let's please make GPS for places inside too, I have a map but I always lose where I am.

I remember the demo for this game. I don't remember if it was Markiplier, Jacksepticeye or Manlybadasshero who played it but someone did. It was that part where you're searching for magnets to put on the fridge while it moves closer when you're not looking.

So, I was really interested in this because I was wondering if it was related to the little side mission in Control about the fridge (Guard Duty I think it was?) where the guy had been staring at the fridge for a whole day and no one was there to take him off his shift. The mission in here is exactly the same, and it has the whole magnet thing like in the story in Control, so I'm wondering if they are some of the same developers and this may be a story on how the red fridge began. The office one was really suspenseful for me.

I’ve watched this series a few times now. Part 1 & 2 and the last time I was watching this I fell asleep and ended up dreaming about the fridge in the middle of an endless pitch black space and a massive version of the little girls doll was slumped up against it, singing the song on loop and then when I opened the fridge door, the girl was inside it all frozen. I wasn’t scared though because I dreamt it all accurate to the game graphics so I realised in my sleep what I was dreaming about and suddenly managed to access my audio input data and could hear Gab’s playing so yeah 😂 THE FRIDGE IS RED!
I wonder if Gab felt that dejavu at the hospital because it visually looks a lot like the Alchemilla hospital in Silent Hill 1 🤣 Not to mention the bloody writings on books, that foggy thick air and the uneasy background noises...

some of the areas in this game are really extensive, such the hospital and the underground labyrinth, it just feels never ending! I was also def getting fears to fathom vibes form this. I like how the graphics have that retro Ps1 vibe yet still realistic. Cant wait to see you play the rest :)

The green and red looks exactly like a reoccurring nightmare I get. Running up an eternal stairwell running through interconnected apartments that lead to more stairwells carrying some child. The child’s eyes eventually go black and the child kills me and I wake up.

Yes! Every time I see a driving seen and the driver is looking anywhere but forward all I can think is “damn, am I horrible driver bc I can’t look to my side?
