I had enoki mushrooms obe time and loved them! I don't rember the recipe well, but I was looking for a simple recipe so I could taste what the mushrooms were like. It was similar to your third recipe, though I don't remember using much sesame oil... I hope once this pandemic calms down my family can take a trip to the city and visit the Asian market! I have a huge list of ingredients I want find from watching your videos!

I recommend storing it in the refrigerator to ensure that it lasts as long as possible. If you keep them refrigerated, they'll last up to 14 days. Dōitashimashite :)
To waaaash!! Hehe I pick out any stems that are slimy and discolored, then run the cluster under cold water. After that, I cut off the woody “stem” at the end. Hope it helps!
White Enoki mushrooms are younger and have a milder, slightly sweet flavor and a delicate, crisp texture. Brown Enoki mushrooms, more mature, have a slightly earthier and nuttier flavor with a firmer texture. Choose based on your taste or the recipe you're making! 😊

I've had the White ones. After I sprinkled them with Tumeric, I prepared some garlic, peppers, soy sauce and sesame oil and fried them together.

I have never seen brown enokis. Is the flavour much different than the white ones?

I turned the first recipe into a stirfry. The mushrooms are more like a pasta substitute for my low carb diet.
I skipped passed it so I didn't see.
