Does this video indicate that the War Lord (Philip Madoc) is really a Time Lord? After the colorized The War Games connected the War Chief as the Master, this is possibly another major revelation 55 years later!
No, because he is explicitly stated to be a different race in both versions.

When they just hang out & do nothing the way Mr. Finch talked about them: "Peaceful to the point of indolence." So either they're practically inactive or they're causing trouble in some way. By definition, the only interesting ones are rogues.

The War CHIEF (the one with the medallion) is a Time Lord. He is serving/undermining the War LORD (the one in the glasses), who is not a Time Lord.
Michelle Gomez as Missy is just incredibly sexy! And one of the funniest "Masters" of all time, and I so love that she played her that way. It got away from the tedious "I'm so evil. Look how evil I am. Are you in awe of my evilness yet? Because I'm so evil" that all the male Masters characters were.
No timelord victorious? Ah well.
Rassilon wasn't rogue or renegade. He's literally doing his job as president. The mistake is thinking that the Time Lords are overall benevolent when really they're just usually just neutral for their own self interest.
There is the argument that the Time Lords can't interfere too much or all the lesser races become too dependent on them & that having so much authority & power that they do, any actions they take can have widespread unintended consequences.
Now that Rassilon has been exiled from Gallifrey he's technically a renegade.
may be a bit of a reach but they did capitalise ROGUE and we just met someone called Rogue so is it a hint?
I like to think there are still other renegade Time Lords running around doing horrible things & they're just better at hiding their work & less ostentatious about it. A friend of mine is going to be annoyed if Omega isn't included here.
