Josh and Daniel ask the Library of Congress about bulk data

Before there was a Bulk Data Task Force.... Josh Tauberer (POPVOX/GovTrack) and Daniel Schuman (Sunlight Foundation) ask the Library of Congress and Government Printing Office on the status of a bulk data task force which was required to report back to Congress by a 2009 law. No report was ever made. The LOC and GPO agree to meet with stakeholders in the public to pick up the conversation about this crucial component of open government data.
