In my opinion, the best Michael kill will always be the scalded nurse from Halloween II for its harrowing sadism and ingenuity (for a slasher kill). The fact that he lets her think he's her boyfriend and fondle his hand for a cool minute before dunking her head in the bath she was taking while the temperature steadily rises to scalding levels makes it significantly more vile to watch than most kills in any slasher flick.
