I also had Gallstones & know that pain. I was on all fours with pain, the stone's must have passed cos after a few nights, the pain stopped.
    I have low thyroid too.
I changed my diet to Plant Base, no alcohol, minimum sugar/processed food. Feel better health, in mind & body, also am now nice and slim💕 England ☮️

Refused gallbladder surgery in 2008. Still have it 2024. Also having conversion problems but refused to take meds after taking them for 30yrs. Weaned myself off 2 years ago. Thyroid labs are way out of range in a bad way but I feel fine! Had liver disease for over 30 years,Became a real health nut in 2008. Do all these things she is talking about also fermented foods is good. I make my own household products. I do not even wear perfume! It smells awful to me. No matter the cost. I cannot tolerate room deodorizer either…..Try to stay away from fake synthetics altogether. Have no problems with essential oils. Thanks Dr Gupta a million! Oh,also have not had any over the counter meds of any kind in 30 years…No Tylenol, cough syrup etc. I guess I’m just a stubborn 70 year old women.

Gall bladder removal may reduce vitamin D and magnesium levels. This may be due to reduced absorption of fat soluble vitamins (D, E, A and K).magnesium is important for thyroid.

Please let me know. I heard you mention hormones could cause all this. The BIO-T PELLET was given to me 4 years ago to treat my fibromyalgia. I am a young 68 yr. Old women. Very health conscience. Should I stop the hormones.

I have small thyroid nodule and was told it will just be monitored. I was told if I have gallstones that it needs to be removed and that I don't need my gallbladder. I'm going to have an endoscopy to see what is going on. I do not want to have it removed. I asked is there a way to just remove the stones and was told no just to remove the gallbladder. Please help.

Hi I have Hashimoto 2 years now. Recently, I was told I have fatti liver, gallstones, kidney cyst, and high cholesterol! I am a very organic eater, I don't eat meat. I don't drink or smoke. Not over weight. Losing weight. Could it be the Bio-T hormone pellet I've been on for 4 years, causing all this? I take lots of herbs and vitamins for 20 years.
