Hi doctor, thank you for sharing this info. I am having problems with my digestion, things like IBS and candida. Are these related to Yin deficiency? thanks

I had fibroid tumors and back in 2012 I was told I needed to have my uterus removed. I trusted the doc on that and ever since that surgery I started having issues with indigestion that then progressed to constipation. Around 2019 all the symptoms you talked about began to get worse. I feel the medical system caused this problem so no way am I going back to them just to tell me they are going to remove my gallbladder or worse.

@@dnashnasirqureshi5176 I had been suffering from acid reflux & constipation fo more than 5 months. As usual I've taken a series of allopathic medicines but that didn't cure me finally. Then I switched over to Ayurveda & started taking bel sharbat early in the morning. Within 3 days I started feeling better & I continued upto 3 weeks. I'm completely cured now.

I really wish I could talk to you. I feel so hopeless. I have biliary dyskinesia, liver lesions, horrible pms, and terrible right abdominal pain. I don’t have endometriosis and nothing is acutely wrong so doctors can’t do anything I guess. I’m miserable and just feel like I have to deal with the pain with no remedy

@@asmrwaterskin2478 yes. 17% ejection fraction. The strange thing is I have no gallstones and also have a history of pancreatitis with no gallstones. They can remove my gallbladder but Im concerned that if the gallbladder isn’t the main cause of my pain then I will get surgery for nothing and deal with the adverse side effects of gallbladder removal without relieving the symptoms of my pain

@@carissaexplainsitall8481 if you're still having problems, I'd look into oxalates. Especially if you are consuming high oxalate food like spinach, chard, soy, chocolate, almonds etc and have been for years. Look up Sally K Norton videos. Oxalate poisoning can cause anything from a random pain in your finger, to cancer, heart disease, kidney stones, liver problems, circulation problems, auto immune issues etc. Basically any health problem it can cause, and because it is a hidden issue that you cant even test for it is flying under the radar completely. It is like consuming microscopic asbestos shards that can lodge into any part of your body and cause chronic inflammation. Some people heal various issues in their bodies just by going on a low oxalate diet - which is possible even on a plant based diet.
