Wes was such a good guy, he literally did good things without even trying! He first (tried) to help a girl who dropped her doll, gave the monkey a piece of his (presumably) only food, reunited a boy with his dog, and returned eggs from a nest to theyre original parents all without even knowing! Wes deserves an award for being such a good dude.
People keep commenting over how wes' story was depressing Can we please talk about Warly for a second, the dude was trying his best to help his poor dimentia illed mother and got sucked int p the constant We can all agree that that poor mom never got to feel love again, she propably died too
Wigfrid's short was my favorite but since Wendy was my favorite starter character when I first started playing the game, I loved seeing how the flowers came about. But the music, art style, plot of how some of the characters ended up where the game starts is all very well done! (And seeing Willow's as one of the last ones makes me want to revisit her character. I could never handle the insanity loss early on and set everything on fire)
In DST, Willow no longer sets things on fire when she is insane. She's a very useful character for a number of boss fights. ESPECIALLY on Ancient Fuelweaver. However, even though Bernie is really good, her playstyle is very basic. Virtually none of her perks make a massive difference in gameplay when compared to easy-to-play characters like Wendy, Wigfrid, and Wolfgang.

Klei said in a rhymes video time moves 180 times faster in the constant so I imagine 180 days or 2.5 years in the constant would be 1 day in our world and since warly shipped with sw in 2014 it's probably been like at max 5 or 6 days in real life since he's been gone but time is wacky and math was done in 5 seconds

5:48 The Interesting thing is that there is only three non-Constant-born characters that not included in Charlie's chessboard, Webber, Wanda & Wilson. If it's a board with characters that want to leave constant, than Webber may not be included, because he wasn't tricked, and he wants to stay in the constant. But Wanda and Wilson is pretty interesting, they had an important role in Charlie's game
I was always curious about how some of the character's stories would end, especially the 'monster' characters. If Warly comes back to the normal world, won't he just be left alone and now out of a job? And if Webber comes back, who's to say if his parents will even accept him? Wickerbottom's library is still burnt down, Willow is still homeless, Wormwood would still be an outcast... I'm not sure if leaving the constant is even a 'good ending' for most of the cast anymore :(

And Wanda is definitely the eccentric and cool aunt who hands out candy even when the kids aren't supposed to have it. (This is based on inspection quotes in multiplayer as well as wanting these people to be HAPPY FOR ONCE!!)
Here's a couple things I noticed from these In Wilson's one, we get to see his house for the first time after like 10 years In Maxwell's one, when he wakes up willow is holding the lighter like she was about to burn him (average willow player) In Wickerbottom's short, she somehow has enough strength to push an entire fucking bookshelf in the middle of a fire?? Also we now know that between escaping the orphanage and being sent to the constant all willow did was burn things (average willow player) In WX's short, he works with Wagstaff who throughout the game WX absolutely despises, and this is probably why. In Wolfgang's short, we finally get to see how William/Maxwell survived the train crash, despite crashing in the middle of the fucking desert. Also, this means that Max found the book before the crash In Wanda's short, the things that appear while time is being broken are parts of other trailers and gameplay footage I think In Webber's short, the person that gives the spider is Wagstaff, and the narrator is probably Maxwell In Wes' short, his bad luck starts when be breaks a glass mirror, and the monkey is probably one of the ones from Wolfgang's circus. Also, everything he does indirectly helps someone else. Also², Maxwell says he doesn't know where the crows came from meaning Wes brought them in, and the person that was originally meant to be sent to the Constant is the guy that Maxwell had a debt from earlier in the story. In Wigfrid's short, Maxwell never lied. He did put her name in the headlines again, and made the world a stage for her (Wigfrid believes the whole Constant is a stage, which is why she never leaves that role. Also the Constant resembles the stage where the show that led to Maxwell and Charlie ending up in the Constant happened). Also Wigfrid beats the shit out of her taxes, and this video confirms that tall people exist in the don't starve world. It's just everyone that gets sent to the constant is just short as shit. In Walter's short, he's looking for Woodie. Also, the song that plays before he gets sent to the constant is the same one that only plays when someone is about to starve, sometimes together. (Btw, technically that song is a bunch of people screaming) In Wes' other short, he is made more of a joke, so more like ingame Wes In Wendy's short, the flower in the book is the same one that Maxwell is given in his short. So those shadow creatures weren’t hallucinations because of me not having a tent for sleeping. They were an actual monsters. Well actually yes. Hallucination can’t kill me. Only a real life form can do it. And that was that huge porcupine shadow that ate me right when I found spiders which I could get web from and make a tent.
You should fight your sanity monsters when they appear really. Prototyping new items, wearing fancy clothes, and eating certain foods like cooked green caps will restore sanity also restore. Just don't ever be afraid of fighting your sanity nightmares, killing them will restore sanity after all. Deal with them right away if you go insane. Use kiting and hit after they miss their attack on you.

i thing having the character on the board means they are still locked in charle's world so this is a reference to that they are like maxwell's Pawns and the nightmare creatures is charle's pawns
It's funny that I found out about this game because of curiosities about the Terraria axe Lucy, the collaboration was incredible I knew Klei from Oni (Oxygen not included) but I never thought he was this hidden gem.

charlie is a scary woman,but you can relate to her,william as well,or maxwell i guess,he used his magic to entertain ppl,but the grief and preasure got him to where he is,trapped in his own prison,where his nephews are trapped as well, he also got his wife/gf to his path as well,where she trapped him in his own trap,without his powers,i mean can you blame her? sure she was selfish, but being to a now toxic relationship,and dont know how to help your mate,you get driven crazy,and william also deserved better,he was charged for his crimes by being trapped in the constant with his other victims,but if you think of it,he didn`t really lie to anyone...wislon wanted science,he got him to a whole new world to explore and experiment,wigfrid wanted to take that role?max got her wish come true,wendy wanted her sister back? well he kinda did! abigail and wendy were actually reunitred,btw how the fuck could he do that to his nephews holy shit,wicker wanting knowledge,she got it,wolfgang wanting strength, he got it...and so on and so on,now there are some others like wortox,who was a local, a person who was living in the constant,was punished for being good,webber was transformed to a spider,and he was transfered to the constant so that he could be with friends,he was now a monster and he would fit in a world full of them more than a world where his own parents feared him and chased him away,ok i got bored of writing goodbye
