Bríd on the report into helicopter crash R116, on The Late Debate 17.11.21

Four emergency rescuers, trained to save others, lost their lives in a helicopter crash 4 years ago. The report on this has just come out. It shows OUTSOURCING to for-profit companies, and poor regulation, contributed to this needless loss of life, providing faulty maps to the helicptor crew. And the Irish Aviation Authority was severely remiss in it all. We discussed this on The Late Debate the other evening.
