Amazing and so suprising that I find both Dan Lok and Moran Pober indepently. Both with amazing content and find out they had the same mentor Dan Pena another incredible force in the business world.
Wish I have Moran's clarity! I love the idea of buying companies and not running it. Growing up I always wanted to be a business owner and listening to this and watching his videos makes me think its possible! :D

How fortuitous, I watched one of Moran's videos on QLA that I happened to come across and then today I wanted to watch some Dan Lok and this is the first video on the list! I think the universe is telling me something... In both videos you can feel the energy and enthusiaum and passion in Moran's voice. I really appreciate the transparentcy in this video.

Idk bout Dan lok😂selling to people who are easily sold can be a business but can also be called a bit of a scam. I just started watching your vids. I have a sales background and watch Dan when I was younger but soon came to realize that his content was subpar another vid that sold you on a idea. I am someone who likes risk but also minimize losses. I am now watching your show to learn about buying a established business and hope that your vids can help.

Can you share owner information with the bank with their permission. Let's say it a cash business like a laundry man are pharmacy. Can you levergae their cash flow history for your loan ?
Moran, what are those accounting firms that are working with a ton of startups on success-fee basis? And if one of them pays to them they consider them successful. I spoke with EY and KPMG, they aint friendly for startups, let alone success-fee basis.
Moran did Dan lok actually follow qla with the acquisitions and exit or did he simply go to the seminar and implement the principles into his business life
Dan can actually raise capital to buy businesses. Dan is more of a high ticket sales man. But QLA still applies to Dan Lok's line of business.
I always wonder if some guy is making such huge money all the time, why he has to scrounge selling courses like this guys do!
