    Maybe is only in the US but credit cards is the worst, least advisable way to raise capital. I would rather go to FFF and then regular loans than CC. Credit cards have huge credit demands that can seriously mark you. You can renegotiate your loans with friends and families, also you could do a second round for raising capital specially if your performance is good. So I will only use CC after everything has collapsed and have to skip town.

    Do you have to have a deal to pitch or could you get institutions to give you the capital because they know you will work for it, even if you haven't got anything to invest in yet?
    The reason I ask is because if you find a good deal, won't someone else who already has capital buy it quickly and the time taken to raise the capital might make you lose out? I am learning atm

    How do you structure the meetings with the lenders? How do you provide "skin in the game" or "security" how do you structure the deals making them agree on your no money down deals or also known full LBO.
    I think you took this material from Dan Peña. Probably you've been in his castle seminar.
    Have you actually done a transaction?

    Hello Moran. First of all I want to thank you for the new videos.
    I would like to hear your opinion on how to evaluate what is a business worth when for example a car repair garage has assets of 30k-50k and is making a 650k/year turnover with 245k EBITDA? With a asking price of 285k. At first glance is these business worth looking into it?
    Can these type of deals get financed?
    Thank you

    • @nezzrak
      @nezzrak 6 років тому +6

      245k EBITDA asking 285k is way too cheap. Either something's fishy about that business or the owners are stupid. If the owners are stupid then you could snap up some possibly good business for dirt cheap. And if the biz is good you can def finance that.
