Moran, this was a great video. I appreciate your sharing these small insights, because they will mean a tremendous amount.
Could you do a short video on interviewing potential board members? That would be a huge deal!!! This video would be absolutely amazing to know to what level of detail we need to go and the potential questions they might ask besides "What can I do to add value?"
Thank you! Keep up the great work!
    Yours in success,
    RJ

it would be very helpful if you can do an example of an actual analysis. From Rev, FF&E, depreciation, EBITDA, etc, and walk through the potential pitfalls or golden nuggets to select a company.

Is there like a core checklist that you need to understand. Something like for example, in accounting you know about assets liabilities and equity. When you evaluate a business are there core categories to analyze the deal and if there are some more important than others like, market forecast, debt, inventory or operations, growth?

Hey Moran! Thanks you again to upload this insights. It was very helpful the part where you said the 4 different kind of people we need to cover the areas so we can have the meetings with potential sellers. One quick question, could you do a video about how you specificely filter deals in a specific sector? maybe with your own spredsheet and giving your thoughts about what you think about that or these deals? Also it would be great if you add more info about how to find "free public information" about this companies which I don't know how to get it.

Moran, This is fantastic information. I personally have education in construction engineering and I have worked as an assistan commercial property manager for the past five years. I have recently come across the acquisition process, which is very much similar to Commercial Real Estate acquisitions. Due to the nature of my job I came across many trades and engineering firms. I enjoy this industry, anywhere from construction, HVAC, Electrical, landscaping and snow removal, engineering and architectural firms as well as property management itself(commercial real estate). Here in Toronto, all the above industries are fragmented. I have a really good understanding of all the industries above due to dealing with them on day to day basis. So thats where my interests are...What are your thoughts about it?
