taylor’s hilarious.. “i’d do anything for that sack of sh*t.. for clarity”; grateful for the time and effort, not only in the competition, but in the editing and sharing; how much time do you, or the instructors you’ve spoken with, suggest practicing shooting from your “other strong side”?
Nice shooting. That last stage shown, was it required to put the bipod on the top rail of that fencing? Would it have been easier to brace against the front of the bipod mount, handguard on top rail of the fencing? Also, when you're using the tripod -- are you locating the support hand along the tripod leg, so that it's indexed along the tripod leg for where you support the stock? I've never used that sort of support, so I'm guessing at what you do. I just found your channel recently, but I've trained with Jedi and at Ridgeline, so it's good to see your perspective on both of those folks/teams. Jedi and AJ are awesome; Ridgeline is a great facility with fantastic teachers.
I’ve just started going game changer on Rooftop and cattle gate type props. I’ll bust out the tripod if the targets are tiny or if I need to guarantee like 8 hits because maybe I had a bad stage
I am really having a hard time choosing between a the 1-8 NX8 and the 2.5-20 NX8. Do you think the latter would be too much scope for a 16.5" HK barrel, I mainly want to be able to shoot 600 Yards and in. Awesome Video man !!
Go check out @cdoes guy does a ton of great scope videos. Not sure what videos he has done with Nightforce though. But his content has help lots of people pick a scope.
I sold my 1-8 atacr when I got my 4-16 atacr. If you don't mind the weight increase.. the capability is more then worth it imo. Run a dot or offset dot with the 2.5-20. I run a top mount T2 on my 14.5"
@@jimmybrodriguez I might have a line on a facility. If you get to the point where you’re working with a company to have a Sniper Challenge replacement. Make a video about it so that we can make contact!
The goal with the 12.5 was to find its limits and push it to do stuff people said I couldn’t. I did that. Having a 16” makes wind calls easier and gives me more space to work with in different positions
The more I see that reticle, the more I’m starting to like it. Thanks for the content and good shooting.
What scope is this?
@@supfoo3638 Nightforce Atacr 1-8 I believe

What's the butt pad system you have on your stock? Thanks for the vid! Good stuff!
I take it you weren’t shooting noodle mcx barrels for this sniper match? NICE WORK DUDE. Those shots look difficult

Nice shooting. How tall are you?
Now y'all were in the dirty south lol humidity makes the air like soup
It’s not any worse than Texas. So far Miami and Houston are still the worst we’ve shot in as far as humidity goes
@@jimmybrodriguez I love about an hour from the coast in Mississippi and it's terrible will rust stuff you didn't even think could rust lol
Live lol

Is there a reason you dropped the pistol mags after the pistol work or is that just part of the match rules?
What ammo do you use for the most consistency?
I’d love to see a match come to Michigan!
Go BLUE! It’s all about finding good facilities.

Nice shooting, Jim! Can't argue with those results but you should come over to the M14 darkside! Take care
Were you required to use an LPVO?
That division required a max 10 power. You could use a 2-10 if you wanted
