  • If you have extra kegs laying around, they can be easily used to make cocktails in! Here we make an example sangria mimosa hybrid cocktail with fresh fruit that we carbonate and serve straight out of the keg!

    Late to the party... keep it coming! My wife hates beer so sometimes I have to justify why I have so many corny kegs. :)

    Using another liquid dip tube on the gas side will let CO2 stir up the cocktail as it's poured keeping it mixed. Avoid putting solids that could clog the dip tube, unless you have a filter. This method works great for margaritas, old fashioned, gin and tonic, etc. Enjoy!

    Nice finger nails. How long of a shelf life would you expect for something made in this manner?

      If you purge the head space, should be a long (indefinite) time. After two weeks, the fruit might get weird on there, especially if it’s not submerged, and could be worth racking off.
