Great to see you back and updating more frequently lately. Your reviews are always class, and this one's no exception. Gorgeous watch, and I certainly understand what you mean when you say that while it's aesthetically normally not your style, the evocation of history trumps all. I can see why you keep coming back to this one. Looking forward to more from you!
I've got the 46mm Navi 1 with their B01 movement. This is the biggest diameter watch I own. A pilot's watch is big, so I don't mind the large size...it also opens up the dial a little more so not so busy looking. I took it off the black croc strap and put a thick leather vintage ammo leather strap on it. The Strap Smith makes some amazing custom watch straps. I love my Navi.
Hello, thanks for the further explanation about this watch specifically. My interest has been going for a Navitimer for some time, but I didn't know exactly which version. Yesterday I found one from 1998 over the internet which I am going to look at and probably buy today. greetings Th.
I've owned this version and it is one of my favorites! I now own a Sinn 903 Black Panda which I like equally. In case you're wondering why I sold my Navi, it nearly funded both my Omega SMPc & Sinn 903 (full kits) and my Breitling was nearing service and I didn't have box & papers. Pretty good trade-off IMHO. Thanks for the video!
Love your videos i hear you say had mechanical issues with one of your Navitimer is there any Navitimer i should stay away from for not being reliable thanks again keep up the video.
Great, comprehensive review. I love Breitlings. I 100% agree with the comparison between the Breitling Navitimer and the Omega Speedmaster. Love your videos, too.
Every collector of Horology would have the Navitimer in their collection..it's an absolute Classic the fluidity of the bracelet is unmatched although I wear mine mostly on leather..it's a classic that turns heads like no other..
Anthony, congratulations on your latest acquisition. I feel that people should buy watches that speak to them. What I think.....it doesn’t matter what I think. It matters what you think and how the watch makes you feel. As always, another great video. All the best my friend-Mark
Anthony same happens to me i love simple clean dials but there is something in that design as busy as it is that somehow makes it appealing besides the not to history as you saaid kind of same happens w the omega speedy which i own one cheers
+kenneth M I’ve owned two A23322. The blue one you saw and the black one in my comparison video with Rolex and IWC. I’d say my black A23322 and this one are my favorites
Thanks so much for the reply, you remind me of a guy I went to Florida State With. I have a BLNR and needed a Chrono. Yeah, something about the Navi just calls me and I love the Panda 369. I'm happy Navi resale is not so good so I can get a good price on it second hand. Keep posting and thanks so much.
Hi J good to hear from you buddy, back to Breitling? You are a sucker for all things vintage or harking back to yestayear.I think you knowing what we do today would still sign up for The titanic maiden voyage or crossing the Atlantic on a fifties plane complete with piano bar.As for the navitimer beautiful but not for me,I thought they were bigger than 41 mil.Anyways wear in good health my friend.👍🏻
J. ANTHONY Always glad to hear from you, for me the dial is too busy and I think the crystal just like all apple iPhones is begging break me. Rotary make a good copy of this watch probably forty times cheaper. But J is the Breitling forty times better ?.Stay safe my friend.👍🏻
Yeah, the audio got corrupted on that part. The first had mechanical issues, the second a jeweler sold me and they had removed the serial # so I made them take it back and the 3rd needed a new sapphire and I decided to sell it rather than fix it..
Thanks for responding. Those all seem reasonable reasons to me. I hope the new one works out to be the best one. I also hope the one I just ordered doesn't have any problems for a good long time. Keep posting the great videos. :)
Great watch but the bracelet is very easy to break. I would buy the strap watch. With the Valjoux movement I would disagree that Breitling is a value conscious choice for service. Any reputable watch maker can service this movement at a much better price point.
Unfortunatley, high end watches with in house movement, do have service cost of around that price. The trick is to servicve your watch at a retailer that you have bought from on several occasions. THat way you might get a special price. ANd dont't feel awkward for haggling, they will give in at some range.
The Breitling of all Breitlings.

Thanks for sticking with me.
yes, i enjoy the Breitling Navitimer as well. wear it in good health and enjoy your new watch. thanks for sharing.
*Love your videos J A! Keep churning them out.*
stunner of a watch! glad to hear work's been good for you and looking forward to more content.
I have the Breitling Old Navitimer II A13322 but it doesn't have the face numbers. Beautiful watch
Beautiful Navitimer!
Nice to see you back J.Antony.
Take care

Cool watch. Not sure if it’s reflections or what but it looks like there ls a pretty large gap between bracelet and case around the 5 marker?

I love that I really only get "Maserati" ads before your videos and nobody else's.
How does the size of the old A13322 compare to the new B01?
Love your videos i hear you say had mechanical issues with one of your Navitimer is there any Navitimer i should stay away from for not being reliable thanks again keep up the video.
Good to have you back bud!!

Great watch, Kicking myself for not buying one in 2002 when I lived in Europe for three months, Love Lisbon
So what's the exact daily summing? And the timegrapher readings too of the three fundamental postures?
Anthony same happens to me i love simple clean dials but there is something in that design as busy as it is that somehow makes it appealing besides the not to history as you saaid kind of same happens w the omega speedy which i own one cheers
Nice Video, I just bought a A23322, used for $3200, and am curious if you prefer this to the blue one you reviewed.

I love the Breitling Navitimer....

Just wanted to ask what size is this? 41mm?

You're correct, they do make larger versions of the Navitimer.

Great Watch!! Enjoy it brotha!!
I would like it if I could still see it, presbyopia. I should have bought one 20 years ago.
You forgot to mention what the 4 issues you had with your others...
Hey Anthony.. You forgot to tell us at the end of the video what the issues were that made you sell the other 3 Navitimers.
Yeah, the audio got corrupted on that part. The first had mechanical issues, the second a jeweler sold me and they had removed the serial # so I made them take it back and the 3rd needed a new sapphire and I decided to sell it rather than fix it..

how to adjust the straps of this watch ?? i wanna remove a part of straps . because the straps too long . thanks
Great watch but the bracelet is very easy to break. I would buy the strap watch. With the Valjoux movement I would disagree that Breitling is a value conscious choice for service. Any reputable watch maker can service this movement at a much better price point.
No audio after opening
The definitive breitling
Though Sinn would beg to differ ;)
Jk
just tried a b series navi at an AD in London and he told me that it's currently 750£ for a chrono service... pff

Watch mine,...plus my rare Vacheron.....I think I am going to sell all of them..don't use them anymore
4th navitimer XD
ugly numerals if you aks me
Too much clutter on the dial , Breitling needs to adapt because it’s becoming a shitter .
