Doing this now. I have bone on bone left hip arthritis. Thank you.for this video. I want to avoid hip replacement surgery. I did the exercises in your other video.
I just became aware of you this past week and already you have help me. I saw another video of yours in that you instructed to massage the thigh and hip muscles where they feel tender to address hip pain. I did this while after driving for a few hours, which caused pain I my left hip and leg. And wow! It really help.Thank you so much! 😀
Your videos about avoiding hip replacement are excellent and give me hope, but... I made the mistake of joining a FB group dedicated to total hip replacements. It is well-monitored and gets oodles of posts about their experiences. The stories vary a great deal, of course, but everyone seems to agree that if you are bone on bone, you will eventually need a hip replacement. Why is that? (your exercises have helped, but I still have some pain and range of motion issues.)
Hey Johan! Great question! Try to do these exercises for 10 second holds, 50-60 reps a day, every day. You can work up to the 50-60 reps by doing 5-6 sets of 10 throughout the day. Hope this helps! :-)
