Thanks! Yes I do shoot however I don’t make bows due to a medical issue… FYI make sure you and yours are using the proper respirator and filter regulator to filter out the toxins that come out of the PVC when heating it.
It will depend on what model you have I have the original “puma92 1995 version” which for me comes OUT from left to right… however it depends on the smith and if they were right or left handed would determine which way the Smith drifted the dove tail in… if it’s a new model need roughly around 2000 and newer check with the manufactured information on specific firearm. If you don’t have access to that information. this is the easiest and most effective way to tell which way the dove tale will come out is get a micrometer and mic each side, the side with the larger gap is the way you’d punch out and the way you punch in out and in NEVER TRY to put the sight in or out of the small side…. Hope this makes sense and helps.
Kinda wish you did the takedown too, i can;t seem to find any videos on the removing the front forearm, most focus on taking apart the action and trigger. Got most of the screws off but that front band screw is really hard to remove. afraid i may have to drill it out and just order a replacement screw.
The video is on a r92 ranch hand however the takedown is the same. Unless you have a older puma/Rossi or pre 1995 then you’ll need to punch out the front sight to get the hand guard off. Hope this helps. ua-cam.com/video/kiubQp93uI0/v-deo.html

I used to watch some of your videos years ago.I wanted to eventually get into bow hunting for like feral pigs. What would you recommend? My bow is 40 lbs but, I am not sure if that's enough draw weight as I read 60 lbs is what is recommended for pigs.
You need to find out what your local laws are for hunting with a bow. Here in Hawaii the laws are 40 lbs for a recurve bow and 30 lbs for compound bow however when I was hunting with my compound bow I was using a 50 lbs draw weight and I was taking 200+ pound hogs at 30-40 yards. The general rule of thumb is the lighter the draw weight the closer you need to be. Hope this helps.
Honestly I don’t know in theory it should however I don’t have a 94 to try it on if you do take a chance on it please share with with us because I would like to know as well the only thing I would think wouldn’t work would be barrel diameter based on caliber size if your 94 is a 3030 it’s more likely to work due to the fact that 9 mm is 308 or 30 Cal so it in theory should work however if you’re using a 4570 it may not work due to the fact that that barrel diameter is larger than the 357 one that I have hope this helps.
@@jmacjr84Really? You could understand how to disassemble it all from THIS SINGLE video? Bullshit. I've never worked on a lever gun. Thanks for nothing.
This was NOT a R92 disassembly video I said so in the video at around 38 seconds in! This is a RP Hand guard install video.. I’m not trying to be rude or disrespectful however if you can’t find a R92 disassembly video on YT you didn’t look hard enough. How do I know this because I found it! there’s at least 8 full disassembly and reassembly videos still on YT that I just found with a simple search! So as I said if you’re unable to comprehend this simple install video in its entirety you should take it to a gunsmith to be safe! Have a great day!!!

If you’re holding the rifle to up to your shoulder which way do you tap out the front sight? Left out to right? Or vise versa.

How long is the hand guard ?
I got the gen1 and it’s 10” long.
Sir may I ask the barrel length please?
16”
