It takes less than 10 minutes to make, and is as simple as blending together a handful of flavorful and fresh ingredients like cilantro, jalapeno, and fresh lime. - DAMN SIGN ME UP that sounds crazy good with the roast chicken - had me at cilantro

That sandwich looked good as well, and love the fried sweet potato! We've never had beef hearts before... but it's cool that you ate it and love it! Great you got an inteview with the owners grand daughter of the restaurant!! That rib was huge.. but we would love to try the Peruvian chicken!! Everything you're eating looks so amazing! That may be the best rice and bean dish we’ve ever had. Even the ones we had in Peru that were delicious didn’t have this flavor. And the grilled chicken on top pairs perfectly.
