I sure enjoyed this video. Y'all did a great job sorting. I'm retired from ranching and working cattle was one of my favorite things to do.
This is silly but I bet clearance appreciates those little “atta boys” a lot.. It’s odd how something so simple and small can make an incredible impact on a child’s self worth.. I can count em on one hand but I remember each and every time my dad gave me one of those and I remember feeling whole. The feeling that he was happy to have me there and happy to share the time we were spending. This lifestyle seems more and more like the best possible option for raising children and I wish I had some way to do that for mine. Just seems like the world your living in and creating has no possible outcomes other than good values and fulfillment. Really what more could a person ask for from this life? To know that every day you get up and every iota of work you get done is ALWAYS for the betterment of your family. I’d crack off the pillow before my alarm went off with motivation like that. It’s a dream. And I’m happy for you❤️

I guess you plan to feed them as a group, all in one pen?
Possibly weigh feed everyday and increase as they are slick, like a feedyard, on a per/hd. basis, so you can track an ADI and ADG. And overall feed bill, to see how they perform.

They get back from one of their local shows and we're all talking and yeah. His grandson is going to show my steer 😅 if yall saw it. You would understand why he needs to be shown. 😅😅 he's a stud duck of the bunch.
