that build is genius!! i want to quit being a lawyer and become an expeditor so dang bad!! i just want to drive while having a purpose/task, I cant seem to be able to relax too long without a job to do so I may look into the viability of driving in the future, thanks for sharing Red, Dave
It looks like the customer wants to haul stuff for a living and doesn't want to pay for hotel rooms. I kind of look at it like an 18 wheeler set up. (But not exactly)
Beautiful work. Really surprised there aren’t a bunch DOT regulations for the bulkhead and crew quarters like there are for the guys running pickups and chassis cabs.
Love the diversities of your builds! Really interesting to see what people are looking for. Wow, you seemed to cover everything they might need very nicely.
very nice, looks like alot of extra weight and if the back wall is down how does heat from the heater get up into the sleep area, not criticizing just asking?
any idea where he got his window coverings? It looked like the one laying on the bed area was windshield covering and Iike the design. Once again Red, great work!
You sure about putting that heat source so close to the electrical equipment? People say the heat coming out of that vent is so hot you can't keep your hand close to it. I imagine the vent pipe gets hot too.
Yes I am very sure. I install a lot of them heaters. #1, yes the air that comes out of the vent is very hot. #2, the tube does get very warm but their is air flow in that box. #3, the heat from that tube helps keep the batteries warm so they will stay in good operating temperature.
I love this build. My favorite so far. I want to do that on my future van.

That is a GREAT setup... I don't completely understand the little inverter nor blocking the door but hey if the customers happy I'm happy LOL

It's under 10k lbs so it's not regulated by DOT (yet).
@@RedsCustomDesign Ah, makes sense. Thanks.

Awesome job. I always look forward to your videos. Because you aim to give the customer what they want. And the work is very quality.
