Ryo sneezing is an anime thing where when someone's talking about you(or thinking about you in this scenario), you sneeze. So when Bocchi says "This feels familiar. Why are all rockers poor?" because we know that Ryo made Bocchi come to a cafe and make Bocchi pay for her food.
This drunkard arrived halfway through the season and instantly became most people's favorite character. In my eyes her character has the perfect timing as she brings a nice layer of chaos and refreshment into Bocchi's stressful, albeit becoming somewhat mundane life. Hopefully she'll become your favorite by the end of the season too.

Just imagine the grown-up version of Bocchi, but with alcoholism. (Hope this wouldn't spoil it too much for you guys). Thus why we could see some kind of mentor relationship here. Oh, and she also has her own spinoff manga (fun fact, in both manga she has some kind of ornamental tattoo in the back of her right palm).
