- Welcome to the final week of the challenge! You've made it this far and you should be proud of yourself!. You can look forward to new things this week, so be ready to get out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself.
Today's class is focused on building upper body and core strength. We'll begin with a short wrist warm-up to get your wrists ready, and then we'll move through a series of mini chaturangas, plank pose variations, and Dolphin pose. These poses are great for building the strength for arm balances and inversions, so if that's something you would like to be able to do, make sure to include an upper body and core strengthening routine in your regular practice.
Remember, you've come this far, don't hold back now. You can do this! Enjoy!

Love this class. I did it separately from the challenge because I wanted a short arm workout. It felt strengthening and challenging while not pushing too far. Thank you.
Dolphin is always a challenge for my shoulders, so I'm glad for this opportunity to challenge myself and practice that asana. See you tomorrow!
On Jan 23 I was derailed a bit and I wrote: Day 23…following an endless drive I just checked into a cheep (the only) hotel. Floor is not welcoming. Yoga standing on the bed seems to be ill advised…. Though I have completed about 6 minutes of the practice!!! STRONG is today’s theme. STRESSED is my unstable practice. I will substitute 15 minutes “floor” stretches and breathing from my side of the mattress. I will then circle back to Day 23, and approach Day 24 when the sun rises. Sleep tight. Namaste. THEN, on Jan 24 I wrote about Day 23: Day 23- STRONG! Finally completed (and did over) what I started last night! (Note to self: ALWAYS travel with a yoga mat in your luggage!). Towels/blankets/pillows/mattresses are not the same as a mat! Nonetheless, I got this one completed!!! NOW on to Day 24!

I hated a lot of this, but I really want to get stronger in my upper body so I appreciate this thoughtful practice!!! Even if my arms hurt too much to finish the last down dog!

this was challenging to do with the 3 legged dog knee to chest moves. I wish there were some modifications shown to help those of us who are not as advance. Glad I made it through day 23. Namaste 💜
I admit, I didn't think about it. A good modification is tabletop position instead of down dog and the same move with the leg - straighten back and pull it to chest. I will try to include it next time in the video.
