Chris has been eating raw more for more than 2 years and contributes his unique diet to helping him with a lot of his health issues. His favorite raw meat to eat is lamb heart, raw pork and steak tartare. Eating a raw meat diet is something you need to learn about before trying it and most important is sourcing good meat. Eating raw meat is not for everyone but Chris is going to continue to eat raw meat and encourage others to have some sort of raw food in their diet.

Drinking anything like a smoothie is actually quite unhealthy. Because it’s a liquid is goes through your system faster it isn’t processed correctly so you don’t intake as much nutrients as you would eating whole pieces of food. Not that you should be concerned about that if you eat raw meat everyday. Seems like there pressing matters to deal with
It's still processed and absorbed. Similar to how cooking does reduce nutrient percentage in vegetables eg bell pepper so it's slightly less nutritious, but we still get largely the same benefit. How nutritious it is depends on the contents - a raw meat smoothie is clearly going to be more harmful (in terms of potential for food poisoning especially) than a raw fruit smoothie.
So in normal circumstances blended vs whole wouldn't make enough of a difference to be meaningful (just as yes there's a difference b/w cooked vs uncooked vegetables but not enough to make a difference), otherwise everyone on a liquid diet would be malnourished which we just don't see in practice. The thing where it does matter a lot is for people who can't swallow (dysphagia) who are often on soft, pureed, blended, liquid diets or have an NG/NJ tube for this reason.

Raw milk, raw eggs and high quality raw meat is where it's at. Might sound crazy but until you actually try it you have no idea. The vegan diet fucked me up and I had to learn the hard way.

I used to have a cat, and I'd feed him chicken. He loved baked chicken. Loved it. Would hardly touch raw chicken, or raw meat in general after having cooked meat. Even my cat liked cooked meat more. You're delusional Cody. It smells and taste better for a reason
I eat raw meat. At first it tastes weird because youve never had it before texture in even weirder. But you get used to it, then begin to enjoy it more. And after a few weeks the feeling you get is amazing! Its like being high on drugs! Its the way our ancestors ate and is the healthiest diet humans can eat. I highly recommend it.
My two cats love raw fish, rae chicken, and they go crazy for raw beef. A few months of them eating raw meat and now they don't want cooked meat or kibble.

If you put harmful bacteria in raw milk and the alive bacteria and enzymes in it will starve out the harmful bacteria, if you put that same bacteria in pasteurized milk and the harmful bacteria will flourish, he literally explains how bacteria works in this video. Virus and bacteria phobia is something you will soon realize was holding you back after you experienced this diet.

For example a girl in california in the early 2000s supposedly died of raw milk, when people that were suspicous contacted her' parents, the parents said that she died from drowning but since the whole family drank raw milk they blamed it on that. The irony is that the girl didn't even drink raw milk she never liked it. So the parents sued the hospital that claimed that.

If you compare human milk to orange juice then sure, it's more similar to cow's milk. But every species has a unique combination of proteins, enzymes, fats and nutrients which is why you can't just feed babies cow's milk and need to use scientifically derived "infant formula" instead.
@@DerekF-u7e I mean all mammal milk is basically water and fat + some proteins and lactose. The only reason you shouldn’t give cows milk to a baby is because a babies diet is solely milk. Cows milk is not tailored for humans so the amount of nutrients are slightly different. The human baby simply won’t be getting the exact right nutrients. Humans are absolutely not meant to eat raw meat. We do not have the same things that protect wild animals from getting sick when eating raw. Just because this person (and others eating "raw") hasn't gotten sick yet, doesn't mean it's good for them. If this is the way we were meant to eat out food, we would.
That logic is flawed and this video is an example of why it is. Humans aren't "supposed to" eat meat genetically modified, injected with some kind of chemical or even processed meats... yet we have adapted to because of it's convenience and how familiar it's become to everyone. Anyone can be "meant" to eat something as much they aren't needed to eat it. I'm absolutely disgusted with this diet - it's barbaric; but, who am I to say it's wrong (especially to someone it's working for). There are tooo many variables, then to just say "we would".
