    I made the mistake of not keeping the shoulder up while doing these at ten kilos with 400 to 500 reps per arm it didn't end well and i got injured 🤕 form is so important it will be at least a month before im healed. I was also doing 4 to 500 push ups in bad form too in the same workout session. I ended up with what i believe to be bicep tendonitis and a shoulder impingement from neglecting the rotator cuffs also. Don't make the mistakes i did if anyone see this comment it's a huge setback because the muscles have to die down and be rebuilt all over again after the healing has been done too. It sucks so much 😔
