Counter to every steal is read the reach, go behind your back. Other option is to just not cross and blow by. All these steals were results from players poorly reading the defense.
Thanks coach. Your channel is a goldmine for basketball. I would keep it to myself though. I don't want someone I play with learning thes. Though I will spread it around with the kids. 😂
only watched two minutes, went to the gym, and i usually get cooked on one on ones but i was getting cookies like nothing today, and made two people fall. thanks bro
I have this friend who is very good at stripping the ball everytime i try to cross him he always steal the ball from me and from everybody..so i had to learn push cross i was surprise it was in this videos..thanks a lot for the tips..i never asked my friend how he strips the ball coz im shy and maybe full of pride😂 so im just gonna watch this video...
Thank u time to fr be a lock on defense (already am but I be getting blown by fr .(I be playing over aggressive .u got more defensive videos n I’m tryna work on my touch n shooting form fr but mainly passing
Great video! Thanks for uploading, really useful and just subscribed! I have a question, I have a short wingspan so I have a feeling these type of steals will be more difficult for me to do. How can I improve this? Timing? Certain defensive stance?
Short arms will force to get closer and be even quicker and smarter. The inside hand steal is also another option where hand length doesn't matter as much. Reach with your right hand against a right hand hesi, or with your left hand against a left hand hesi.
That kick steal technique always works on the Warriors. Derrick Fisher did that in the playoffs and took the series with it. The league wants other teams to win to increase their fan base because the warriors always had a sold out fan base well before Curry entered the league.
If you cross forward you should use a push cross: ua-cam.com/video/i7KP_dFlj0c/v-deo.html But if you watch normal crossovers, they are the most effective when they are to the side, or even slightly backwards.
Haha I know. But refs don't always see it, especially if you do it smoothly like the 2 clips I showed. But if they decide to call it, it's still only an inbound for the other team. Win-win scenario if you ask me.
Dude you fr have the best basketball channel on yt
Thanks man
You should also watch jp productions.

Art of defense.
Is there more info on kick steals?
That kick steal technique always works on the Warriors. Derrick Fisher did that in the playoffs and took the series with it. The league wants other teams to win to increase their fan base because the warriors always had a sold out fan base well before Curry entered the league.
Best!!!!!
I go for it when the ball hits the ground
An Mic over would be great
You narrating it
Do you work for hoop heaven?

Main part of vid- 1:44
I got called for a foul in a game and i never touched the guy! I think the reff went to that school.
How to you stop getting stripped on the center steal
how do u not crossover forward? and whats the difference between a side to side crossover
If you cross forward you should use a push cross: ua-cam.com/video/i7KP_dFlj0c/v-deo.html
But if you watch normal crossovers, they are the most effective when they are to the side, or even slightly backwards.
Bro this is how my friend steal me when i crossover
Alot of refs will call reach in foul.
The only time I ever get ripped is on a push cross
The kick it is illegal ?
Haha I know. But refs don't always see it, especially if you do it smoothly like the 2 clips I showed. But if they decide to call it, it's still only an inbound for the other team. Win-win scenario if you ask me.
if you do these against Ginebra team, you'll get a whistle. 😆😜😅
Jesus Christ is Lord and Saviour and he is love 💕 🙏🏾😁
england refs would call that a foul
I did this to my friends a lot and they say it's reaching😑
👍👍👍👍
Dude are you a filipino? I saw some pba clips on this video and i dont think pba is famous at other countries so you definitely a filipino
Nah not from there. I just try to use clips from all over the world.
PBA is fun. The love you guys have for the game is something else.
I find it so hard :((
no way the kick is legal lol
Not saying it is haha. But refs swallow their whistle on it surprisingly often. And if they call it's only an inbound for the other team.
WTF WE Can kick the ball in basket
I mean if the ref sees it it's only an inbound for the other team. And if he doesn't see it it's a layup for your team on the other end.
Technically these are all reach in fouls. The refs just don’t call it anymore.
