- Classic Chicken Parmesan is as good as it gets! This parmesan crusted chicken is smothered in marinara and melted cheese and has the juiciest chicken breast. Chicken Parmigiana is so easy!

Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan (4 servings):
►1 1/2 lbs (2 large) chicken breаsts cut in half for 4 cutlets
►1/2 cup all-purpose flour
►1 tsp salt, or to taste
►1/2 tsp black pepper, or to taste
►2 large eggs beaten until frothy
►1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
►1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
►2 Tbsp extra light olive oil to sauté or as needed
►24 oz marinara sauce
►4 oz mozzarella cheese (1 cup shredded)
Easy Homemade Marinara Sauce (3 cups):
►2 Tbsp olive oil
► 1/2 medium yellow onion
►3 garlic cloves, minced

► 1 Tbsp basil or parsley, finely minced

Made this tonight for the fam and it was delicious and a real hit. Thank you! Only things I changed was seasoning my flour mixture with salt, pepper, Italian spices and garlic powder. I put salt and pepper in with the Italian Panko bread crumbs and cheese too. Also used a store bought sauce too.. however, might have to try making my own next time (: anyways, thanks for a great dinner tonight!

I've made it twice in the last month and my sister, who very seldom says she likes anything that I cook, said she loves it!! And she told me to make it again yesterday so I did. I didn't feel like it but Natasha's reminders of just how easy it is encouragied me to do it! Oh and my husband loves it too!!

Your steps in this video were super clear, especially the breading station. Super straightforward and easy to follow. I just made this and it was soooo good my grand-daughter is on the way to pick some up 🙂The chicken was just perfect. I did add some seasoning like garlic powder, onion powder salt and pepper and dried parsley and oregano to the Penko cause that's what I had and added the parmesan cheese 😋👌👍 perfection. The chicken was so good and the sauce was so good. Thanks for this simple recipe 😄
