My Nissan rogue same year has a problem where when I try to reverse it’s pretty hard to do so. When I accelerate the car kind of shakes. Is it the transmission or the driveshaft. Please let me know ASAP! Thank you.
Do not replace whole driveshaft [Nissan Roug 2008-2013 ]which is too expensive [ over $1000] . Just by PRECISION UNIVERSAL JOINT 341 about 40 dollars and replace it .It is very simple and save a lot money .The difficult is to know how to find correct number driveshaft joint
@@bluuesgirl You can take Drive shaft out driving with only front wheel when you are waiting to fix it .If you do not need 4 wheel you can keep no drive Shaft for driving permanent Front wheel to save gas .It is very easy Just take some bolt and take dive shaft out .It built special one that you can take drive shaft out and only drive for front wheel with out damage anything .Mechanic say so , because they do not know part order number .Mechanic told me the same as you , but I figure out by myself and i save a lot of money .You can by the part PRECISION UNIVERSAL JOINT 341 for mechanic .If one mechanic can not do . go another mechanic , not all mechanic the same

The center mount for the drive shaft under the heat shield has a access hole in the body to put a wrench on it or it just spin.anyone know the size of the bolt inside the access hole.

MY mechanic says its all one piece and you cant just buy the ujoint. I have a 2011 nissan rogue

The all I told you above that is from my experience on my Nissan Rogue 2008 [ from 2008 to 2013 is the same ]
