I love this bike. Hold on to it. Don't rush into one of the new Road Glides. They have some new model issues that need to be worked out.
Good accurate review. When I did my axeos the first thing I noticed was that nice stiffness (inspires cornering) and they eliminated that nose dive during braking that the stock forks had. Enjoy mi loco! #nolavendas

What did y’all set the preload to?
I HAD the same experience...HAD. Is it better than stock, absolutely. But brake sharply over some bumps, and you'll be seeing the abs kicking in where it didn't before. I replaced my Axio cartridges with the Russ Wernimont RS-1f cartridges, and now I don't have any of those issues. Legends knows this is an issue, which is why I believe they came out with the Axio Comfort cartridges. The bottom line is your suspension has to move in order to dampen. The Axio performance cartridges are just too stiff off the bottom of the stroke, and you can see it in your hands in the video when you hit bumps.

I’ve been debating taking off my dirty air ride and putting on ohlins. Do You think it’s worth taking a loss on the air ride? Like the look just rude quality just ok. I do really long few trips a year. 800-1000 miles. The rest in town. Thoughts?
Do it, you won’t regret it, that air ride doesn’t compare to Ohlins. The confidence a full Ohlins suspension gives you is insane, you can really throw the bike around like nothing. You’ll be cruising at 100 plus and it feels like you’re going 50mph. I remember coming of an exit doing probably 100mphs when I hit a huge pothole. I thought I cracked my rim or at least bent it. I give credit to my Ohlins 30mm cartridge suspension and my 180 fat front tire for keeping me up and not causing any damage to my bike
Any upgrade is better than stock so what ever you choose you’ll be happy
@@vazquezga2023 thanks for the reply. I’ve had air ride for 5 years so guess I got my money out of it. Was just being cheap lol. Just hate to waste money. So wanted make sure big comfort upgrade
