    I believe that the top of the desk would be blenty strong (and cheaper) just by gluing it down to the legs, no need for those huge bolts. Loved both videos! Hope to see more coming!

    This is a good one for all the american folkes. We argentines build our houses of concrete and bricks, not Wood. Weird, huh?

      Not weird. Americans are money hungry and cheap. Wood homes are easily lost to fires and floods. That's why there's insurance. A scam to "protect" your home. If nothing happens, you dont get your money back.

    Interesting under bracing instead of legs. How much weight do you think it can hold? Also do you guys have big studs in the walls??? I'm trying to understand how you screwed the bed into the wall with the two screws side by side

      @BuildItYourself  7 років тому +1

      Hey, i really dont know the exactly weight can support, but i can seat on my desk, i use 8 of this (ua-cam.com/video/gvQ6vFa6lWw/v-deo.htmlm30s) 4 per side, you can use any screw but make sure that the screw is at least 7cm inside the wall and use the right wall stud for your wall. the desk is really strong and static, i think can support a lot of weight.
      Any other question (or maybe if you dont understand my english) feel free to reply this comment.
