Toichiro 100% broke Mobs arm in 100% courage and then went on to grow to the point Mob tought he would definietly die. Toichiro is underrrated for how strong he is compared to Mob

When Mob goes for the kill against Touichirou, the anime SERIOUSLY amps up the effectiveness. In th comic, it only effects his arm, and then Touchirou goes on an extended offensive with his 100% form (not losing control nearly as quickly).
I disagree greatly with mob's strongest form being 100% rage. It was my understanding that Mob's 100% Courage was the strongest in a way to prove Mogami wrong (???% aside). I thought that was a big thematic part of their fight, that in the face of great adversity, courage shine the strongest. The fact that Mob went 100% courage after he went rage mode against Suzuki also supports this, as it only makes sense that he would use progressively stronger forms/ emotions if the previously ones don't cut it. Otherwise I think you,were pretty spot on.
Totally agreed. Honestly, hearing the points you laid out, spiritual energy seems to be stronger than psychic energy. Because that's pretty much the difference between these two espers: one has absorbed and stored psychic energy, the other spirits. But since spirits are beings on themselves, they are more wild and took a toll on Mogami's body and mind as he kept them all stored.
Witht that in mind, God Dimple is stronger than Suzuki in my mind, but probably still below Mogami, as stated in your top ten ranking.

Uhh, no? Mob was COMPLETELY OVERPOWERED, in the manga AND anime. In the anime, Mob was literally punched and knocked on the ground and was not moving for several seconds, in that time Suzuki’s OWN POWER went out of control, too much for his own body.
Suzuki was straight up STRONGER than Mob at 100% Courage, only winning because Suzuki’s stored up power was too much for his own body. Mob even thought he was going to die, something he NEVER Felt against Mogami.

No, Mob didn’t “hold him in place”. Mob was literally on the ground, unmoving. Toichiro lost control of his own power and began writhing in pain, which Mob capitalised on once he got back up after Toichiro laid him out flat with his previous punch.
The shot of his hand is Toichiro losing control of his power. You literally see Mob look confused at what’s going on.

I’ve watched the entire anime AND read the manga. The manga was way more clear, as the anime was going for spectacle and flashy lights. In the manga, Mob is completely overwhelmed in a blitz of blows, and Toichiro loses control.
“Theres too much power… he can no longer control it. He’s in pain. This is my ONLY chance.”
Mob straight up says Toichiro losing control was his ONLY CHANCE at winning that fight.
People arguing over where to place these two, God Dimple and the Divine tree in a tierlist of sorts makes me wish we had more information on 1000% Reigen's capabilities, since compared to when Dimple absorbed Mob's power, Mob was fully dry after willingly giving them to Reigen, while in the previous case he still had enough powers to slap an extremely powerful version of Dimple
Considering that Mob’s power is very tied to his emotion thematically, it’s pretty likely that his max stamina is depended on his mood. On claw arc he was likely relieved since his master Reigen was there to handle the situation. On God tree arc he was the only one left and had anger to Dimple, triggering even more power. Then he passed out quickly after Dimple gave up.

I 100% believe that if ONE was writing 1000% reigen against either of them Reigen would still beat them effortlessly because it’s in line with the narrative of the manga and it’s also funny as hell
both can absorb energy. both almost appeared to be stronger than mob. both are the best of their leagues. the only difference is that one is driven by spite and the other by arrogance. should be a good fight.

There are 2 things you missed that were stated in the webcomic that can change the whole argument... the ability that mob and toichiro possess allows them to absorb energy from one another... in the webcomic it was literally stated that mob was getting stronger in his fight against toichiro because he was absorbing his energy, you can see that in the most recent episode (s3 ep11) where toichiro tries to do the same thing but he can't cause the gap is 2 big (in the webcomic they just flat out state that mob had toichiros power from s2 in him and that toichiro tried to get it back)... the second thing is, toichiro never lost, but rather self imploded...
thats fair but lets not miss out on the fact that mogami can steal your life force and lets not cherry pick self explosion is losing even if he didnt lose mogami has better feats
@@ZayuhFanClub the life force argument is good, but that really only worked cause mob was holding back until the very end (at that point it was actually a fight and mogami couldn't use his haxs to just kill mob, toichiro probably wouldn't hold back since he probably would assess the situation) self explosion is not a loss, its self explosion, and technically most of that energy went into the broccoli (later into dimple with some of his own handywork) and mob willingly because toichiro had a change of heart, the fact that toichiro didn't 100% lose himself even though he has mobs abilities probably means that he has a ??? form as well... also all of mogamis feats are overshadowed by the fact that it all happened with in a realm separate from their actual reality, who knows what toichiro could do in there... mogamis greatest in world feat was sleeping a bunch of goons... if you include spirit realm, sure mogami has better feats but some ppl dont... I dont think it holds up although I could see it going either way...

And he couldn't control his power simply because he is Older than mob and we all know that Mob and Suzuki's psychic powers deal with emotion. Like take it this way, A grown man would have *WAY more emotion than a kid* whether it be Stress, anger, sadness and etc.
Mob has *NEVER* come to the same emotions that Suzuki's has been through. And Suzuki literally Overpowered him. Giving him the ??? Form would be pointless considering he would just straight up body Mob any day of the Week.
Suzuki's Powers far exceeds Mob's psychic powers. Mob has more potential to grow stronger than Suzuki because he is still Young, while Suzuki is a Grown man who's already experienced the things that Mob is just experiencing.
Suzuki is basically Mob, but with no friends or family. Or a place to call home. He never had the same experience as Mob with friendship and stuff like that.
In conclusion Mob would've turned out just like Suzuki if it wasn't for the people that he met, and his brother. So Suzuki is indeed stronger. Mob just has the potential to be stronger than Suzuki ( without the Season 3 nerf )

There is one thing you didn't consider which I think matters a fair bit.
When Mob was forced to go into ??? Mode by Mogami, he had basically already been defeated, and was therefore fighting at a disadvantage.
The moment Mob left his own body and tried to possess the girl, he lost his biggest advantage against Mogami. He is a living person with a body, while Mogami is just a spirit. Mogami may be the strongest spirit in the world, but he wouldn't have been able to force Mob into ??? Mode in the real world. He had to trick Mob into abandoning his body, and then forced Mob's spirit into a fake world of his own creation, where he was in control of everyone and everything. Only then was he able to push him to ??? Mode.
i look at it like this were not sure how strong mogami is outside the spirit world we dont know what he can do so if its outside the spirit world suzuki wins based of no feats but if theyre at their strongest forms which would mean spirit world mogami than mogami wins mb i didnt make that clear enough
@@ZayuhFanClub Yeah I definitely agree. To be clear, a lot of your points are very solid. I mostly agree w/ your conclusion. This was just one thing that I think would tip the scales more in Suzuki's favor.
Mogami is still extremely emotionally intelligent, sadistic, and manipulative. As overwhelming as it may be, his greatest strength is arguably not his psychic power. Instead, it may be his willingness to take advantage of people's mental weakness and defeat them through underhanded/indirect means.

This is a common misconception but it wasn't Mogami that forced Mob into ???%. Mogami had already been defeated. But the spirits he had were let loose. And these were the ones that overwhelmed Mob. Not Mogami himself

Now we know in, Season 3 episode 12, that Mob was holding back the entire time until he actually shows emotion. Like in the fight with Suzuki, he showed that he was getting excited, and was able to fight on a equal field with Suzuki until he realized what he had almost done when he sees Ritsu. The only time he had gone full power in the entire series, and was aware of it was in the fight scene when he used “Animosity”
Mob definitely does not win against Monster Suzuki "easily", it was pretty much implied that Mob 100% courage was weaker than Suzuki because he was hurt through their fists hitting each other
Suzuki just wasn't stable enough to hold control over his whole output! Which maybe even was initiated by mob but it's not like Mob overpowered him (Mob only took advantage of the moment in which Suzuki was unstable) and as he has the ability to clone himself therefore maybe some type of body manipulation so I wouldn't be surprised if in this monstrious form he still was himself
IIRC, Mogami's giant spirits were one hit K.O-ing Mob damn near every hit they landed on him, although Mob beat him, he still put Mob in absolute hell

Mob wasn't holding back against suzuki he was literally at 100% and getting pushed back throughout the fight. He just reaches higher levels of power depending on what emotion is at 100% hence him getting his shit rocked then winning when going into 100% rage or similar forms
If u re watch the fight mob said he gives up on trying to save him which indicates he was holding back I even put the scene in the video lol

I interpreted the mogami fight as, mob gets let in then mogami lets mob destroy him to see how mob gauges himself in terms of power, then basically erases that level of power from mob because he controls the world there on a normal esper who values their power very highly this woulda been a death sentence but mob didn't think especially high of himself so there were parts of his own power he didn't really even gauge such as the ??? cameo after his body was destroyed fighting all the spirits

The moment we see mob able to restrain mogami while he has that girl's body posessed, is the moment we realize mogami isn't very strong in the human world.
Only negative feat against mogami is how strong he can be outside in the real world. Even if he might have been faking it he still got sealed and he got out because he was released not on his own. However, the power he showed right after being released could prove otherwise.
On the other hand not only did suzuki save up energy for a very long time but he simply couldn't control it in the end. Which is his loss.
But the way I see it mogami being able to still maintain his strength outside would be more likely to happen compared to suzuki controlling his abilities at its highest. However both of them being able to take energy could also heavily tip the scales. But even then if suzuki can't control that power then I see no point. (The same way he tried to take mobs energy)
So im leaning more towards mogami, unless we see him fight mob one more time at his strongest.

I remember Toichiro telling Mob is that your 100%? While he was only using 10% at the time I kind of think he was stronger than God Dimple at that point because he been storing energy for years.

Also God Dimple stated he was a 'transcending opponent the likes which Mob hasn't seen before', even when he knew what Mob went through against Mogami & Suzuki, and Mob acknowledged Dimple was holding back a lot. Even when Dimple fired the God Beam with a little more energy than intended Mob mentioned "I actually could've died with that anyone. Any more and Ill lose faith in you".

Nice video, though calling it 'The Objective Truth' is quite the bold title choice, haha. I respect your confidence! While I don't necessarily agree with everything you've mentioned, it was a fun watch! But there are a couple of things I'd like to bring up...
When Mogami claims that negative feelings are inherently stronger, I never took that as fact personally. It's more like the beliefs of a lonely person who hasn't experienced much positivity in his life, and Mob does go on to defeat him with what is, if I recall correctly, his first explosion of positive emotion - courge. While on the topic, the scaling of the different 100% emotions is also contentious. I can't for the life of me remember where I've read this, but I could swear that ONE mentioned somewhere that the percentage is meant to refer not to the buildup of a specific emotion but rather Mob's overall power output. The emotions seem to impact the way Mob utilises his powers rather than how strong they are. Also I'm not sure if anyone's mentioned this yet, but I think you keep referring to the 100% state where Mob truly tries to kill Suzuki as rage, when it's resignation. Suzuki comments on it being cold-blooded, so I suppose you could still call it Mob's 'strongest' 100% state purely because he's going for the kill without holding back at all.
And the reason people generally don't count the spirits as part of Mogami's power after Mob pops his vessel is because he states he loses control of them. If you run someone over because the steering wheel of your car suddenly snapped off, it's not entirely on you anymore. The issue then is that it's not really Mogami tearing Mob apart till ???% pops out, so can we really count it as a feat on his part? Though it is funny how the same people will often go on to say that Suzuki beats 100% Mob when, really, he ends up in a similar situation of losing control to a point where it becomes detrimental to Suzuki himself. That being said, I think it is more fun and fair to give Mogami his spirits anyway; even if there's no guarantee they wouldn't turn on Mogami too eventually, if they score the kill for him, Mogami still technically wins lol.
...ah, that turned into a whole rant, sorry! And I'm awful with tone, so I want to clarify that I'm not trying to start any mean-spirited arguments, it's just fun to discuss this stuff and learn how other people interpret what goes on in this series :)

One thing people dont notice that at the end of s2 toichiro actually beats mob in the sense that he looses counciousness because you can see his hand laying dead and then coming back while suzuki is starting to explode. I think theyre probably close in power. 5:41 , you can also see mob waking up and pushing off the ground, meaning his hand was laying. In this situation i think it would be up to the plot and the writer to decide who would win and make it a satisfying victory to the reader. Also inside of the spirit world mob destroyed mogami, so suzuki could still win win even if he has to deal with the wandering demons, also mob had to save the girl he so he cmhad to go into ???% to pull everything off.
Also another point is that mob was at 100% even while suzuki was at 50% and suzuki was still winning.

God Dimple did beat Psycho Helmet at the expense of dying, so he's basically equal to PH, the tree would definitely be taking energy from Suzuki and Mogami if the fight's happening inside. But if the 3 take it outside like God Dimple did, I'd give it to God Dimple.

great video overall, but i have to disagree with your final stance. if i had to boil down your argument, you are basically saying that mogami beats suzuki because he faced a stronger version of mob (???%) while suzuki fought against 100% rage mob. I think that Suzuki actually had the tougher opponent with 100% rage mob because , ???% mob is just mob going all out in without any control while 100% rage mob is him going all out with full control. Also, its been stated that negative emotions with esper powers makes them more powerful. In summary 100% rage mob pwl = ???% mob pwl, and since fighting with control beats fighting without control , 100% rage mob is stronger

??? Cannot be measured because it only uses Enough power to squash his opponents and nothing more. It's power is so random and inconsistent and it just spikes at random moments. Against teru all it did was levitate the school but Against mogami it completely ERASED his entire mental plane from existence.
Also in the most recent fight at first??? Seems actually weaker than 100% mob because all it did was throw trees at teru when all of a sudden he chucks teru across the city like a baseball. We don't know how strong ??? Really is Only that it's stronger than anyone in mob psycho.

You had some interesting points but I don't think you thought this through completely. Let's say both guys are in character when they fight. If that's the case then this fight would take place in the outside world not in the spirit world. Remember, the only reason mob fought Mogami in the spirit world was to stop him from hurting the girl's body since the whole point was to rescue her. There Mogami had the clear advantage. Now Suzuki in character is nowhere near as nice as mob and I can easily see a world in which he just kills or severely hurts the person that mogami is possessing and forces him to come out. At that point the spirit world is not a factor and the fight in the normal world gives Suzuki the clear advantage. Mogami really didn't do anything special outside of his realm so going by feats and not speculation then Suzuki takes the win the vast majority of the time. Debate settled.

Mob in that battle was 100% positive emotions which includes courage, so using that i can assume that 100% form mob was using is stronger than courage. Mob was indeed holing back for a majority of the fight with suzuki. While I personally disagree with you, I can understand your reasoning.
My main problem is when mob went to ??? against mogami, mob quite literally neg him, his mere presents obliterated mogami's spirits. Where as when suzaku went against ??? He was still getting destroyed, but he did put up a small fight.
So basically mogami gets Negged by ???
And Suzaku gets Low diff
But aside from the from the question mark scaling, as someone pointed out during mob and suzaku's fight mob was taking some of suzaku's energy. Meaning mob who was already putting in work against mogami was stronger against suzaku.

Mob didn't beated monster Suzuki. In fact monster Suzuki was clearly stronger... for like 10 secondes. Suzuki just beated imself because he has no control over this form. The only thing mob accomplished was just resisting long enough for monster Suzuki to lost total control and self explode.

First of all, Mob does not win against Suzuki with Rage. Mob uses 100% murderous intent, which is the absolute strongest emotion Mob has.
The fight with Suzuki wasn't easy. SuZuki had soooo much power he lost control and couldn't use that power. Suzuki 100% was surely stronger than Mob 100% except 100% murderous intent.
However, Mogami is very strange. How can we rate him? We have no idea how he would fight in the outside world.. But who says he's not even stronger outside????
I would say that very easily Mogami will also only lose to Mob at 100% murderous intent in the outside world.. so around equal to Suzuki, but suzuki would still have the edge.
I will say that Suzuki Vs Mogami will go to Suzuki's favor 9/10 of the times, but each win will be very high-diff.

What i dont agree with the video is that there is a high likely hood that mob was stronger with his fight with toichiro, this is what i believe to be an expansion in the vessel that is mob by reacing 100% its the only fathomable explanation that i can find by him getting progressively stronger. At the beggining at 100% he was doubting himself to beat even 1 scar boss. He then without going 100% is able to keep up with minegishi (the plant dude) who as a cadre should be able to over power many scar bosses at the same time like shibata or shimazaki. In turn we see this same dude get over powered by Mogami. This being said im preety sure Mob was on the verge of being killed by one of Toichiros attacks, and Mob didnt defeat Toichiro conventionally, it was just that his full power was too strong for his body. So in short Mogami took down a weaker 100% mob and forced him to go ??? And toichiro almost beat a stronger 100% i can imply by the sheer fact that there was an explosion of toichiros power that required both of their efforts to contain that 20year charge toichiro is superior to that 100% mob in pure quantity of energy or power. Meaning yea 20 year toichiro could win though i dont see Toichiro caring enough for the girl to willingly go inside therefore i give him preety good odds. No charge toichiro gets beaten however.
