May I ask you to make a video about this case in Las Vegas, a girl became missing she’s from Middle East, her name is JAWAHER , this girl was murdered, there are so much un answered questions, police of Las Vegas were so careless doing their best to humiliate the family, this family had to hire private investigators to search and here the case took different responds , there are big construction company building houses were later the girl body or part of the body was found, the detective who was working on the case was on vacation when she was reported missing, so had to wait on him to come back to work, this missing girl car was found in this construction location however when the car was found they contacted the mother to come pick up the car if the missing girl, they never used the car as may be criminal evidence or crime seen , this family have suffered sooooo much, not only bad police attitude but later found the bones confirmed DNA it was JAWHER bones, family asked to change detective later they did change detective to be surprised with much more bad attitude, so many questions , are detectives covering up,?? Camera in that neighborhood were never used to look who was driving the girl car

As well as, Summer was their baby girl…If anything she was probably treated like a princess compared to their boys?! I do think the parents were involved in sketchy things and hung around sketchy people…This is all my opinion of course. I think of Summer so often. 2 years ago when I was passing through Eastern Tn, I seen the Amber Alert for her posted on one of the signs on I75. It haunts me thinking of where she could be😩

Everything about this case is odd. I find it unusual for a 15-year-old boy to be friends with a 35ish-year-old woman. It is strange the parents were so sure she didn't walk off into the woods and didn't want officers "wasting time" looking there because they knew she was taken. I would want them to pursue both options. The father saying that it didn't matter even if she was found because they wouldn't get to have her was weird.

I think it means Child Services has the boys removed from the home. IF summer is found she would also be removed from the home.
She spoke with more emotion about being afraid of the coyotes before going “well whoever has my daughter..” with no concern or anything. I grew up and knew parents like them, feel like drugs could be involved and that some of the inconsistencies in Candace’s story are from her trying to hide the things they usually do like buying the drink and vapes and sharing with the 15 year old. I truly believe that Summer’s brothers all need to be interviewed in the right situation to find out what had been happening.
Yeah, I have the same suspicions. In multiple clips she doesn’t *seem* sober. Which, if she was in active addiction, would def be exacerbated when Summer went missing. I don’t think she has anything to do with it, but I also see some lapses of inconsistency in her perspective story. I also agree that the 15 yo who was interviewed seemed sketch. She would be 7 years old and that is heartbreaking.

However, assuming that missing children are being sold for drugs is not a helpful or accurate assumption. @@ErinStearns I understand how serious addiction can be but at no point was it said that summer was sold for drugs. I said drugs could be involved, as in Candace taking drugs and that playing a large part in her memory and she obviously wouldn’t want to admit to taking anything when she has children who rely on her,especially to the authorities. Candace supplying the vape and alcohol to the 15 year old was illegal therefore she wouldn’t be telling the authorities that and because of her memory lapses and trying to cover things up it’s just made more inconsistencies in her statements. I never made any assumptions that summer was sold or that any missing kids were sold for drugs. Drug addiction is indeed serious and at no point did I say help shouldn’t be given to those who need it and children shouldn’t be kept safe. Your comment is picking apart at things that were never said. Her brothers should be interviewed because so far it’s only the parents who’ve commented on what they had said. I never said she was responsible for her daughter going missing but that drug use and lying were definitely more than likely in this case and the day of summer’s disappearance.

That poor little girl died at that watering hole or whatever it was. What kind of mother is drinking and smoking pot with a 15 year old while driving around with her child and mother... Those people are trash and I pray that some day soon they'll be justice for summer

They need to do a lie detector test on that 15 year old boy… the way he had a few different ideas that were outlandish. Him saying “idk maybe the water got in here lungs” and “I saw she was talking to a creepy drug dealer” and the “she said they had someone staying at there house stalking the kids” he wants people so sniff anywhere but towards him

This is the most plausible theory to me. Summer would have went right with him. Im curious if they have searched hunters property. Apparently some people didnt allow them to search their property.
I too fell like he was "planting seeds" to what could have happened to Summer! The fact that he was even hanging out with mother and grandma is sketchy. I have not heard weather or not they checked into if he had a way to get over to the property after he was dropped off back at his home. (If he was he really dropped off at his home)

One thing that bothers me, is that they talked about Summer in past tense from the beginning. Not only that, how sad! She is a little girl. Don't shave her head! If the "unmanageable" is true, then that's just lazy parenting. Poor Summer. This case breaks my heart. 💜
I don't think the dad is involved but I believe the mom is. Maybe she gave her something and made her o/d and mom had someone else get rid of the body. It's possible Summer saw something she shouldn't have or was going to tell something to either her dad or her new school,or possible family member.
I think the "unmanageable" word was used regarding her supposedly trying to shave her own head on several occasions. Not that I believe anything they say in that regard. I have always wondered if it was either a lice issue, or some form of punishment.

I could see short tempered parents shaving their daughter's hair. My daughter has extremely curly hair. If I leave it loose for 2 days it does almost become unmanageable. But I really don't think these parents are really fully capable parents& I don't see very much compassion & love when it comes to any of their kids.

I followed every detail of this case for a long time. The fact that WE ARE STILL looking for Summer and needing answers is so heartbreaking. I really thought this was gonna be open and shut . To me, it seems obvious something happened on that property. No way someone was able to sneak on the property up their driveway, pass the dozen dogs and five people and timed it down to the few minutes she was alone… it doesn’t add up. Wherever you are Summer, I hope you’re at peace .
Yeah I think something happened too I think when that car went speeding off while the police were too busy looking for summer they are the ones that took her you ever think about that because no one stopped them for speeding they were too busy
I think the 15 year old did it. I believe she did buy him a vape & alcohol but lots of teens smoke & drink & lots of adults provide, that doesn’t make someone a k*ller. I think that’s the only thing the mom lied about cuz she didn’t want to get in trouble but now because of that inconsistency everything else she said will be put under scrutiny
The reasons I think he’s guilty are 1. He sounds like he’s lying 2. He’s a male teen with notoriously raging hormones, that coupled with a questionable upbringing is not a good combination.. especially when you throw a little girl into the mix 😒 but 3. he’s making up stories about a suspicious man touching the kids & about her having a swimming accident, both of those lies he made up to throw suspicion off of him. I surmise he walked to the house through the woods (which he knows well) he went into the basement & got the little girl to follow him back into the woods. He did all this after seeing her in her bathing suit that day 😒 he thought he could “pull a fast one” on the girl/assault her without her getting upset. Little girls often have crushes on older boys & with the raging hormones he got the wrong idea… but she got upset. So he had to “deal with her”. What a bastard. I feel so bad for the parents, no doubt people will blame them as they are uneducated & the mother is clearly slow. Plus people will point the finger about her buying the teen/guy a vape & alcohol which honestly is quite common in some areas. I fear the little girl didn’t make it 😓

@@Thetruththatisee yes, it’s widely rumored in the general area that the parents very much had something to do with the situation. Rather it was, she was given away to pay drug dead, or there was some sort of accident, and she died.

I think her parents care very deeply. They live a life that is so differrnt than most Americans. I have known people like them. My heart goes out to them. I am sure Summer has been dead for a long time.

Summer went missing about 20 minutes from where we live. After the Evelyn Boswell case, we were shocked at something like this happening again. It's heartbreaking. I feel like that 15 year old boy needs to be questioned more or given a lie detector test. Honestly, the whole family seems sketchy. DCS has the other kids now, to my knowledge. As someone who has been around people like this all my life, I bet hunter and candy were hanging out that because her mom got a script of pain meds & they probably got high that day and something happens to summer and they covered it up bc they were scared of getting in trouble
I think you're absolutely right! They probably indulged on the pain meds and all nodded out and something terrible happened. They're trying to cover it up somehow, so they don't get in trouble for neglect.
I think you’re absolutely correct. And their interviews are so strange. They don’t seem upset at all. I understand that everyone reacts differently. But just no emotion from either of them.
I thought the same exact thing when they all went to the doctor together and waited for the prescription. All of their behaviors seem odd. It wouldn't shock me to find out that something happened while they were all high.
That wouldn't make sense. These places have cameras and the police would have to check the times that they said. Now don't get me wrong the mom and daughter might take the pains meds but I don't think that is the case. The whole family passed the polygraph test too. No way they would all be able to pass. I think that 15 years is lying about something and knows more than what he's saying. I don't think the family had anything to do with it. You can say they are calm but the videos you are seeing of them talking are not of them right after the fact. It's much later on and mind you people deal with things differently. Maybe they don't want to upset themselves over and over. It's stressful and exhausting. They might be hanging on to hope. But definitely don't believe that.
@@kayvictoria7250 I definitely agree that everyone reacts to shock differently. The reason I agree about the pain medication is because the grandmother flat out confirmed it was for pain medicine. And the mother had an inappropriate relationship with the 15-year-old. Ultimately, I don’t think that poor child will ever be found. the whole timeline of everything truly doesn’t make sense. It’s one of those cases that baffles me. But I live in the south and unfortunately people get judged around here for our accents all the time. But in this case, from where summer was, like she couldn’t just disappear into thin air. They had like 20 dogs and it if someone came on the property those dogs would’ve went nuts. I don’t like passing judgment on the parents, but they had the children living in squalor. The whole situation is honestly sad. the timeline for summer disappearing at home doesn’t make sense but her potentially drowning at the watering hole does make sense but I don’t think that that 15-year-old boy could’ve kept quiet as long as he has if that were the case.
Ultimately, I think summer wandered off and got lost in the woods and it’ll be a long time before her body is recovered. Because when she disappeared, apparently the mom and grandmother were repotting plants. But I do believe that they had taken pain medication and it was the grandma‘s so she was taking her prescribe medicine but The mother was not prescribed that medication.
And poly graphs are incredibly in accurate. It doesn’t matter if they pass or fail. Polygraphs have been debunked so many times that I can’t take them seriously under any circumstance. The brothers could’ve easily pass the polygraph as they didn’t know what was going on. The father, he might not have known either. And I’m sorry, but it was obvious that the mother was using pain medicine. Like it’s really easy to manipulate a polygraph and that’s why they’re really not used anymore, like they’re just not accurate.

Don and Candus are unfit/ab*sive and CPS has had an open case on Don and Candus before Summer turned 5, and CPS was in the process of removing Summer and her brothers due to neglect and living conditions of the Wells's home before Summer went missing

I don't think her parents had anything to do with her disappearance and I base that on how they're not smart enough to have fooled so many people and I believed the emotions they had were genuine. Wherever she's at I hope they find her and bring her back home. Such a sad case. Her brothers being taken and split up and yes Don slipped back into drinking. My heart hurts for this family and for Summer Moon. I can't even fathom what she endured. God please bring light to the darkness of this case and bring Summer home. Totally agree w/ you! Ppl seem to forget there are legit millions of drug addicted/Alcoholic parents all around the world. Just b/c they have issues and don't live necessarily as we perceive as "normal" doesn't mean they killed her. They both passed the lie detector and I truly believe Candace's & Don's emotions were real! Idk what happened to this sweet angel but I do know there are a lot of devious ppl that live w/ in walking/stalking distance. We ALL need to keep our faith in that she will be brought home!

Summer Moon is why I got into True Crime. I had read and heard several things regarding the case early on, and decided to follow the case here on UA-cam. Since, I have not only become obsessed with learning the details and ins and outs of Summers case, as well as many others. Gannon Stauch, Classic and Cincere and Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow have been very relevant issues in my life since, along with Sweet Summer. I now consider myself a true crime nut, as I have not laid my head down one night since Summers disappearance that I hadn't prayed for all of these victims, especially the ones mentioned above.
I wish that true crime here didn't exist, because that would mean all these angels would be home and loved and cared for properly by the people who were supposed to be doing just that.

That's what happens with news cycles. Today's news is tomorrow's history. Also, there have been many more child abductions since Summer was taken, and those get the attention taken off of her.
It's usually a family member or friend that keep these kind of cases in the media.... I wonder why no one is screaming for this little girl?! Maybe hoping this will go away..😢

So , no children do not “just, vanish all the time “. Especially, without a trace. Sorry to be that person in comments. But, sometimes it just feels wrong to let misinformation go un fact checked.

I can’t help but look at Summer’s “bedroom” and their weirdness about her “unruly” hair and think this child was not given proper care. I know that’s a stretch and that they seem very poor, but I didn’t see a single doll, teddy, toy, anything in her “room” that I would have been TERRIFIED of at her age. There’s more here obviously and it’s so unfortunate there aren’t any more leads. 💔 Summer deserved better no matter who took her light away.

I think there are other things they want to hide, but if a kid went missing from my neighborhood and the cops knocked on my door and said “hey little Joanie is missing, do you mind if we search your crawl space and other areas?” I’d let them. @@fawnfox1224 That’s my guess. Hawkins County isn’t far from Knoxville where I-40 and I-75 (two of the most common interstates for trafficking) meet. By the time they issued the Amber Alert, they could have had her out of the country.

You know I'm in north Georgia, only 20 min from the Tennessee line and I guess the alerts don't cross state line,I'm not sure, because I didn't get one.

I really appreciate and respect the fact that you are keeping the names and faces of these missing kiddos in the news and put them in your videos so people remember them.🥺 You never know when someone will see something that will lead to a resolution.
This case makes me so thankful I am sober. I never lived as bad as this couple, but I remember when I was drinking and hanging out with questionable people that my life was always feeling out of control. Things in my house would go missing and I wouldn't be able to remember when I last saw it, or who to even blame because I had friends who would come and go whenever. I look back and think how harrowing it would have been in my addiction to carefully piece together a day or week or months, remember exact times, if I locked doors, etc and it would have been a nightmare. Now I know if my couch pillows are amiss when I get home. It should be a sobering thing for any parent watching this, that living a messy and chaotic lifestyle basically caused this case to be a total shitshow and botched the entire thing for the investigators. They all passed lie detector tests because they are telling the truth *to the best of their ability* and that ability is LOW because they are addicts.
I'm glad you said this because I think a lot of the people blaming the parents have lived very sheltered lives and aren't aware of just how things can be in these types of situations. Of course the parents could have something to do with it....it's also very possible that they had nothing to do with it but are acting guilty because they FEEL guilty, knowing that if they had been better parents then it wouldn't have been so easy for someone to take her.

@@dve43v3r luckily AA has taught me that rigorous honesty is the only way to never relive the past. Its terrifying seeing their confusion and vague recounting/contrasting stories knowing that could have been me had I continued down the path I was on. I am blessed every day that I can be a mindful and present parent that values my child’s safety and attention above all else 💕 I really hope any parents who have started down that path see this video and realize that this could be their reality, and consequences for living like this can be sooo much worse than DUIs, car accidents and rehab.

@@dve43v3r yup, and in trying to cover up their debauchery and bad parenting they botched the investigation. I don’t think they are guilty of the crime, but I think they’re guilty of negligence and also of trying to cover for themselves which in turn caused the killer to never be found. But I remember a time when I lied through my teeth all day, everyday to everyone around me to make myself look better. I was fighting enemies that didn’t even exist with my storytelling, and it’s an exhausting way to live.
Dr. Phil looked at this a couple of years ago interviewing the parents why hasn't there been any follow-up and concern in the media about this case😢
My abusive mother kept my hair super short. I have beautiful curly hair...my mother always said I wouldn't let her brush it (because, you know, when you rip a brush through dry, curly hair it's painful and pulls hair out of the head) so she kept it short like a boy, even when I would come home crying and devastated because kids at school would ask if I was a boy or a girl. That's only the beginning of the manipulation and mental abuse I experienced, but long story short I don't believe them.
I just wanna say.....I watch a lot of True Crime on UA-cam and you are far above everyone as far as how much you keep us up to date and how well you explain things. You can tell your level of effort AND caring. Thank you for keeping me informed.
I have always thought the parents were innocent in this. They may not be that smart, could be addicts, poor and probably not the best parents BUT I got the vibes from them they are telling the truth. I thought I was alone in that opinion until I watched the behavior panel on it.

I'm incredibly confused why a 15 year old thought to go through the moms phone and Google photo trash history? It's such a strange reaction even if you know what is going on. That raises so many weird red flags.
Because they probably made and sold porn pics with Summer, and he was making sure they were deleted.
He knows Candace pretty well so he would know what kind of person she is so if suspected anything he’d go to the phone. Or like above comment they know what happened n he checked the phone to make sure there was no evidence.

How bad can a family situation get for children to be removed when they are already living in complete filth, in a hoarded house, with uneducated parents who drink, take drugs, have felonies, are obese... it beggers belief children are allowed to live like this.
Authorities need to look into the neighbour kid, Hunter.
As a parent who has lost a child, although not as horrifically as this, all of these inconsistencies are really only minor, and can be attributed to the sheer panic, worry and trauma that this family were going through at that very moment. The brain has some very idiosyncratic ways of protecting us during times of stress, I don't think the parents did it. I never did.

Ya. It makes me wander why Hunter always wanted to hang out with a 5 year old little girl. Something about his pointing the finger at Cadus feels like deflection. Out of everything I've heard of Summers case, I feel like Hunter would be a person of interest.
I agree. I think Candace got up early, went to the hospital, picked up Hunter, got some drinks, back to hospital, then pharmacy, then the swimming hole, back to the pharmacy then probably popped a couple of the pills Grandace got from the dr. then went grocery shopping, dropped hunter off... she probably came home and passed out for a couple hrs just like Grandace said. During those couple hrs someone snatched her up. The sniffer dogs literally followed her scent through the woods to the road.
I think a lot of people failed this little girl. I think the boy had something to do with it but the parents had been failing her long before anything happened. They undeniably contributed to this
I think the Scream was Candus freaking out about Summer not alive in the truck, which made Jodi's son say he heard a animalistic scream which i can see being Candus but not Summer.
My grandmother lives in Jonesborough Tn and that whole area and surrounding areas are sketchy. There’s tons of off-road little trails rivers just a bunch of space and opportunity for disaster. I pray that this little girl has found bless her soul. 😢

Even just hearing you talk about it, I could picture clear as day the photo of that precious little girl asleep in the car. This case has haunted me since I first heard of it. Where ever Summer is now, whether in this world or the next, I hope she is getting the happiness and love she deserves.💔

@Chee Ling I agree with you. There are so many ways to grieve. I cried a little after my mom died. I cried a lot at the funeral. But about a year later I just broke down in the most intense crying I've ever done in my life. It was a regular day, I was sitting at the table reading a book and it was one of the rare moments my mom wasn't on my mind...and out of nowhere, I just burst into tears. I still can't explain it.

I called in a tip about Summer. I swear I saw her while I was camping. She was the only child with 3 strung out looking adults(2 male, 1 female) She called the people she was with by their first names. Never mom and dad. She had dirt on her face and arms (didn’t look like she had a bath in a while). Her hair looked snarly and uncombed. She asked me and my friends if we wanted to play my little pony’s with her. The image of her uncombed hair and little button nose sticks with me.
So did the police come to check out what was going on? Was this in Tennessee?
That poor little girl, whoever she was. Poor Summer spent her entire short life hanging around strung out adults. No child deserves that. I hope police followed up on your tip and helped that little girl, even if she wasn't Summer.
Where these people also camping? No offence but a little girl with uncombed hair and a bit of dirt on her isn't unusual in a camping situation, I mean there's trees, bushes, mud, river possibly.
Even in an everyday setting it's not unusual for kids to get dirty, my 3yrd old granddaughter wakes each morning and her hair looks like she's slept through a tornado, 10 minutes after being washed and dressed she could eat a cookie, play in the garden etc and look like she's just done marine training lol.

Summer having a shaved head is not typical but not unheard of. What makes it strange is how there's different reasons why and when asked about it they get all weird? Almost like it was because it was "unmanageable" because nobody took care of it for her.

You do such a great job with this. I was a Sailor once, so I love your ink! You're a beautiful person with a voice to match, and you do your due diligence on your cases. Even this one, as much as there is still to be figured out.
This is an important case to me. 8½ years here without my daughter, so I'd love to see a good outcome. I'm just afraid she's out there in those woods. Her mom seems ignorant enough to try to hide her anywhere in those woods.

Why do I feel like the picture of Summer 'sleeping' on the milk bottle is a post mortem snap? 😓 Something happened at the lake in my opinion. They were drinking and didn't notice she drowned or something. Then they disposed of her body.

Summer sounds like me when I was her age. My military father raised me until I was 12 and I worshipped my dad, so I was always right there with him working on cars, when he woodworked, chasing lizards, and just running around with the boys in my neighborhood playing football and kickball with them.. 😂 I still loved to run around with my male cousins when I got older more than girls my age. I thought they were silly and boring. Always talking about makeup, boys, clothes, etc.. I was much more interested in biology, science, etc.. I did like to dress up for holidays, dinner out, etc. But, I didn't have my whole life revolve around it. I want to think that summer is the little sister I always wanted, and she would've came into her one day. I think all women can see a little bit of summer in all of us.. poor, sweet, precious baby girl..

Just country people. I've never thought they did anything to her. I guess living here, it's totally plausible to me she walked off or got taken.

Really their lifestyle isn't uncommon in that area! Things that most people wouldn't do, the things they do aren't alarming to most around there. In my heart that little girl was taking or wondered off! Thank you for keeping her name out there!❤❤
