The amount of comments I’m seeing with hate directed at the entire LGBTQ community is appalling. Hatred and anger should be directed towards these two evil individuals. There are plenty of same sex couples who adopt and create a loving and nurturing home. Please remember that.

@ironmaiden6061 We could only hope. I'd like to take the hope out of it though and start actually fitting the punishment to the crime in this country. Stop housing these animals for years on taxpayer dollars, make justice swift (especially when there is no denying who did it), and maybe other deviants like this will start to think twice before touching an innocent. And I say justice, but there is no real justice these poor babies. What's done to them is done and will haunt them throughout their lives. Hopefully they can overcome or at the very least have some sort of normal life following this but the odds are slim. So sick of this country and how weak our laws have become. More beneficial to the predators than the hard-working, law abiding citizens.

I know a guy who was raped by a stranger one time when he was 11 years old. He's in his 60s now and he has had so many struggles, and attempted suicide all because of this one horrific act. Anyone who does this to another person, especially to a child should never walk the streets again.
I know a guy who was raped by his older brother as a child. He's still living at home in his 40s, he doesn't do anything other than play video games and drink. It's so sad. He's one of the nicest guys over ever talked to (I'm female), he was so respectful. It's a shame his life was taken away like that
Sexual assault is one of the worst crimes someone can do. Victims carry that trauma around for life. I know, because I do. I have lived a productive life, married, have kids, etc., but I don't feel safe when I'm in a parking lot alone. I constantly look around and throw things in the car. The thing that makes me angry is the loss of power over what happened to me. You just never forget it. It's been decades since the assault. Then I think of these boys, violated countless times. It's heartbreaking, and I'm angry and sad for them. Too many children are experiencing this. We need to get tougher on this type of crime.

I'm Pansexual, not trying to be a jerk. I'm kind of genuinely confused. Most of Christian run anything almost aways rejects services to gay couples (adoption, wedding cakes, weddings, going to a restaurant etc.) Sighting religious reasons as the reason to refuse services. So I'm in a bit of a shock that a Christian based agency looked at a gay couple and we "Acceptable, here's children." Again not trying to be mean, just the last thing I knew of our Supreme Court sided with the Christian faith that they had every right to refuse service to a gay/not straight couple as long as they sighted religious reasons.

You'd be surprised on the type of people still allowed to adopt children despite their background. It's nothing to do with them being "straight/gay" or anything like that as some of these comments are suggesting. Maybe a little? However, I was taken into the care of a family member who had a record against him of little kids speaking about about things that happened. Supposedly that never mattered though since the courts never took the children seriously. Our court system is absolutely fucked up.

I have a family member who is the mother of 2 adopted children and when she adopted her first child people told her how wonderful she was to have rescued her child and provided a loving home. Comments like this made her angry because she felt like her child and the child’s birth mother had done more for her than she could ever do for them. I’d be angry about this happening to any child but to use your adopted child as a means to depict how compassionate and loving you are is twisted in a way I can’t comprehend but to abuse your child in this manner while spouting such incredulous crap, prison is too good for them.

YES! My ex-husband's mom used to say this constantly. She was very mentally and physically abusive to her kids, and we started dating when I was in high school so I didn't tell anyone.

To not be put to shame, I was taught that I was not to do anything in secret or behind a closed door that couldn't be shared with everyone I knew.
Don't gossip just because you think they will never know, don't do sex acts in secret (or watch porn) and pretend it won't affect your future or that it won't be found out or shared. Don't lie and think that the truth won't come to light.
Anything I do, look at, say, should all be things I can take accountability for and be able to share. And same went for my parents who taught me these things, they didn't do things that "should be kept a secret" or that would be shameful to tell a pastor, a stranger, a friend, an authority figure, etc.
Of course I fail sometimes but it is a good practice for me.

A part that really stood out to me, was in the text messages to the adoption agency. He said he was trying to refer a friend for adoption!🤮 It's scary to think how many people could be involved in this. The friend looking for a child was more than likely a pedo as well.

But local media did report on a Pittsburgh, PA area teacher and baseball coach that sodomized 14 (FOURTEEN) boys, aged 8 - 10. With that many victims, the local media simply could not ignore it, otherwise they would have. Couple months ago he took a plea deal for 11 years. I once heard a nurse co-worker of mine telling me how she wanted to open a foster home and she proceeded to explain how much money they got for each child. There’s a study you can find on pubMed. Recurrent abuse of children in foster care and adoption. The sexual abuse hangs at around 76% for adoptees. Once you sign adoption paperwork, the social workers aren’t obligated to check on the kid. Of those in the adoption arena, non-straight couples represented 13% of total abusers, which also translates to lgbtq trans map parents as a group, over 60% were the abusers. Even though there’s less of them and they only account for 19% of adoptions, they hold 13% of total abuse cases.
How can you truly want a child when the womb and the woman giving life disgust you? Why are they really so interested in children? If they had the biological urge they would want to breed with the opposite sex. They don’t.

This made me hurt. Physically and mentally! Knowing how uncomfortable, as a grown woman, how even “back door” consensual sex can hurt. Imagine being a young child being raped. I’m a mother to FOUR boys. We often, as a society, worry about little girls… but forget about boys. I honestly believe that they are targeted more than girls because they are more hesitant to tell out of embarrassment. My three year olds biological father committed suicide last year and I believe it was due to being molested by his own father as a child/young boy. So it’s not only gay men. It’s often the straight husband/father who goes to work every day and acts like a pillar in the community. I don’t trust preachers, teachers, officials, or anyone. Same here. I'm wildly wary of church groups, specifically youth pastors due to my own experiences, and I hate thinking that one day when I have kids that I'll have to allow them around unknown adults- teachers, church folk, anyone who surrounds themselves with children.

In Australia huge attempts are made to keep horrific system failures secret - even after the death of a child. The government and NGOs they employ always hide behind confidentiality - even though it's the Government's own secrets they hide. Far too many systems fail kids which is why I truly believe that nothing will change until the case manager who signs off on decisions are held accountable for their decision. The "system" would make safer decisions for kids if the decision makers are held accountable.

I have & am raising them to know yes you can trust people, but not everyone is trustworthy. Not everyone has good intentions & if they EVER do not feel safe, they can call me to get them no matter the time or place they are. They both know some of the things that happen to me. Every year they get older, I expand either more to them or expand what they already know better to them. They are 16 & 12 now & I have been telling them their whole life so far, but in terms they would understand at the ages they are. As they get older, the words that are used change. Unfortunately, some Hollywood people who stood behind the so-called "Me too" movement are also some of the people on the Epstein list. Those are the people who need to apologize to all those women. The women that will never be able to live a life without having to deal with what happened to them. The worry they will have the rest of their life, & the worry their children will have to go through, if they ever decide to even have children of their own. Plus, the ones that wanted to have children but now will not because of what happened to them. Those women are the heroes in this story, not the actors, politicians, millionaires, princes, reporters (that didn't report SHIT) & others that went to his nasty island. 8 of us were adopted. We were beat, starved and molested. CPS came and went. Parents received money and adopted father was an engineer. When they got caught they served no time and to this day the dad ignores what he did to us. Many videos were taken and they disappeared when my dad got caught. They often try any method, such as if they were not treated humanely it can lead to any confessions to be thrown out as coercion, so that’s why when cops really want that person to go to prison, they try to do everything by the book, like make sure they get a meal, bathroom break etc. which sometimes pisses off the general population, who think that cops are giving preferential treatment, when in reality cops just want to make sure that the person ends up in prison.

It’s always horrifying when children who get adopted ended up being abused and/or killed. These poor kids probably were so happy when they got adopted initially. I worry about the little boys. They must be so confused. Where does one even begin in treating them? Do you keep them together or separate them so they don't continue to abuse each other? You can't put them in a home with other children. How do you keep them from acting sexual towards other kids at school? You would have to retrain their brains as to what's right and wrong. I'd like to hear from a child psychiatrist about how they can help them not be a danger to themselves or others.

Either you choose to become the monster or you rise above it. It’s a case by case thing. Does positive reinforcement help? Yes. But at the end of the day it’s on YOU as a person.

This reminds me of those 2 women that adopted all those children, starved them and then drove them all off a cliff. I also wonder how many predators are using adoption as a way to get minors in their home.
I don’t think those women planned it. They were naive and thought they could handle them, but they actually couldn’t. They shouldn’t have been allowed to adopt so many at once. They weren’t emotionally or mentally capable of taking on so many special needs kids with trauma. If they would have just adopted like two they probably would have been okay.

Oh and I recently watch the documentary called how to make a sex scandal, about this couple who adopted siblings and coach them to accuse their real parents of sexually abusing them in some sex club. Destroyed so many lives. Many people have only good intentions when considering adoption but like in many other ( churches, schools etc) settings predators lurk.
Yes, that was so heartbreaking because those children were beautiful. One of them was worse than the other, but together they pursued the same course of glorifying their life as a family in staged pictures and outings while starving and abusing those poor children. They were popularity wh*res, using social media to get points. Meanwhile, the children suffered and couldn’t get help from the “system” perhaps because their adoptive parents were part of the LGBTQI+ community. I think the mother who was most abusive had a personality disorder or other mental illness that ultimately led to their deaths. It’s another very tragic case. 😢

This makes me literally sick. I was adopted by a wonderful woman when I was 15. I moved in with her at 5. She said when she saw me, she knew I was hers. She was a warm, caring, amazing woman that I was blessed to be loved by.
The media doesn’t want to say boo about the LGBTQ. As a bisexual woman, I have to say that just because you’re gay, doesn’t mean you’re automatically a good person.
Hunter is my ex boyfriend’s twin brother. Their family is completely sweeping it under the rug and acting like he didn’t know what he was doing. It’s so sick to think I was friends with him and he always seemed like a normal super nice guy that I’d never expect that from. His parents are paying for a lawyer and bailed him out and doing everything to try to make this go away. Can’t help but wonder if my ex was ever into stuff like this just since they are identical twins & very similar besides his brother (Trevor Lawless) not being LGBTQ.
I would not be surprised if their parents sexually abused them. Or at the very least allowed them to be abused by others.
I'd disown if I were the parents in this situation.
Mainstream media not reporting on it is totally helping to sweep it under the rug. This, the way they’re trying their best to stop people from watching Sound of Freedom, and the whole Epstein thing makes me think that there’s definitely a lot of very powerful people who are in to that sort of thing, many of them are involved in running our government. They attack anyone who tries to prove it, successfully attack, might I add. Look at Trump.
Somehow the parents who allow the kids to take responsibility for their actions, end up raising the worst of the humanity.

This was one of the hardest ones to get through that you've ever done. I had to pause at 13 minutes before hearing how it could possibly get worse. This one shatters my heart. So sick.

Mama, those two young boys are going to need a lot of psychiatric help for many years. Besides that, they will need to learn the meaning and what true love is.
I feel so bad for those two little boys. Maybe they should end up with a parent like you and I don't even know you. If you're anything like me, I can tell just by the few words you wrote. One more thing. There has to be more classroom help for abused children. The children should not be afraid to speak up. They should be taught that it's ok to ask for help, and they will get it ASAP. NO CHILD SHOULD EVER BE PUT IN THAT POSITION OR HARMED IN ANYWAY. Those two little boys have a rough road ahead of them but with the right parent or parents, and the love they need and are entitled to. God watch over the two boys and help all the other children that are going through something like this, Amen.

I don’t cry during most cases, but I’m definitely shedding some tears on this one. I have 4 sons, and the oldest I placed for adoption because I was 17 years old. He’s 17 now. And I’m so grateful that he has wonderful parents. My other three are under age 10. I can’t imagine the trauma and evil there. Sweet boys I just wish I could hug them!!!💖💖
I also placed my daughter for adoption! She had a better life then what I could have gave her at that point in my life! We did the right thing! This case breaks my heart so bad for thise little boys!

I had my first son at 17, in 1992. I seriously considered adoption for him, especially when his biological father died. But with some help, I was able to raise him. My husband adopted him when he was 11. We've had 3 more sons in our twenty years together. They're 30, 19, 15 and 9 now..and our 15 year old son is gay. Not that it matters. We love them all dearly and this story sickens me. God bless you, momma. I hope your oldest had an amazing and happy upbringing 💞
I'm so glad you're 15 year old has you for a parent. There are so many people that would try to change their children because they are gay. I told my boys from an early age I would love them no matter what. Their happiness was the most important thing to me. Neither ended up being gay but I would be totally ok with it. Yes I would worry because it just makes life so much harder. Especially with politicians going after gay and trans kids. I think they don't care if those kids struggle, they would rather they didn't exist. Like I said, just glad to see a parent that accepts their child for who they are and not what someone would rather they be.

This story was on the NY Post. It literally made me nauseous. It’s a whole other level of evil when you go through the whole process of adoption just to abuse children.
Its nothing new. A roommate i had, was adopted for this exact purpose. I knew her as an adult. 35 or 40 yrs. ago.i doubt her case was the first.

As someone who was sexually abused as a child and no one stepped in, I THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I was not adopted, this was by my biological brother and my parents knew, other people knew. But now they all tell me that they had to protect the family name and my brother. So what was I? The one threw in the corner and given nothing but abuse. I’ve recently found out that my mother never wanted me and she has never loved me. I knew that as a child and I know that now, it’s hard because she flaunts how much she helps my brother when I am the one who needs the help.
I sincerely hope you are ok, and you have some support in your life. I’m just a random person on the internet, so for that that’s worth, I’m sorry you had to endure such pain, and I wish you nothing but the best in life. You deserve that much and more. Cheers

Chris,, I'm so sorry this happened to you. I was sexually abused but it was by a neighbor and I never told until I saw a therapist when I was 35. I self medicated because I didn't have any coping skills and I blocked it outta my mind. I couldn't imagine being abused by my own family member. I truly hope you are doing okay. I haven’t heard about this case and I live in Georgia! The media needs to bring more attention to it. I’m so disgusted by these men for using their innocent adopted sons for their sick entertainment purposes. Ughhh I can’t imagine what kind of trauma these boys have. Breaks my heart and I hope they receive all the help and counseling that they need. I also hope they are surrounded by people who care and have the best interest for them. As for their adoptive parents, they deserve the death penalty!! Of course this won’t happen but people who hurt kids or animals deserve to rot in hell.

I've never understood adopting for money. When my parents adopted my brother all stipends from foster care stopped except health care, they requested the health care and was given it because he had alot of medical issues and my parents couldn't afford the costs.

I didn't go through the foster system and it wasn't sexual abuse, but I was abused by my adoptive parent too. My adopted friend and I both left home at the same time as minors. It's not uncommon at all.

It’s a hard topic. Gay people used to be attacked and mocked and accused of things like this all the time even when they were completely innocent. So the “pendulum swung” the other way and now people are mocked and suppressed and accused of being homophonic if they say anything against gays or accuse them of wrong doing.

After reading the comments I realize I can’t watch this. But thank you for bringing awareness. My father had this happen by a neighborhood man over and over again. It’s horrendous. He has scars there. I can’t even imagine the pain. He is still not okay mentally but he fights every day.

you should watch this. If everyone says "I can't watch this its too much" then who the hell is going to watch these videos and prevent it from continuing to happening in their community. You are an adult and your father's trauma is second to the responsibility you have to the children in your community. Yes, all adults are responsible to protect the children in their community and they do that my knowing what dangers children face and getting involved in their community to prevent them from happening, not stick their head in the sand and just leave it to someone else. Probably? Try definitely. They will be fcked up for the rest of their lives by this, sad to say. I’ve been through FAR LESS, and nothing sexual at that, just lots of emotional abuse and some neglect, and I’m fcked up to this day because of it. Even in a case like mine where I forgave my parents since it was “just” emotional abuse, and I don’t think about it or anything like that, it has affected me deeply in subconscious ways. I’m an addict, I have severe trust issues, severe anxiety, depression, and adhd. I can’t even begin to imagine how much worse it is for someone who was SA’d as a kid. Because even when you “get over” your childhood (and I firmly believe that is impossible with SA) all the mental effects are STILL THERE, forever. Because it happened at a time when your brain was still developing, all resulting issues are for life.
I hardly feel angry over something that I am not involved directly, but I felt so angry after hearing about this case. My best friend went through similar event when he was a child, and he was told not to speak about it because he's a man and he should be tough. I remember when he finally told me what had happened, while I literally had tears in my eyes, he was so calm as if he got totally detached from emotions. He denies any of his issues is caused by that event, but I know how broken he is inside. I felt shameful trying to fanthom that because I never will be able to. Children have memories, emotions, they will grow into adulthood and the pain may take a lifetime to sooth or it never will. Please keep your hand away from them.
