This makes my blood boil. They did not even ask the guy for his name or what he was doing. He's broken no laws whatsoever. Even if he was on private property, you are not trespassing UNTIL you are asked to leave; and then refuse after being told, or return after being told to leave. This just reeks of asset seizure scams proliferating in police departments around the country. This officer is a total POS.

In those situations you would take them to the side and talk to them in private ... which goes for nearly all jobs. Unless they were literally playing good cop bad cop and then maybe he would chime in. He didn't seem conflicted at all. He knew the older cop was over the top. The cop escalated things but nearly every single person in the videos on the channel are also actively escalating things be it passive aggressively. I seen one video before a guy doing this sort of thing making sudden movements intentionally when the cop had his gun out. They kept getting caught up on the "cache" part of it, thinking that I was saying "cash" and was looking around for money that someone had dropped off. Once I finally got them to understand that it's a harmless, even family friendly, activity they were cool about it.
