Im using your template of a professional footballer session. i want to incorporate fast feet and speed and agility . Does this sound okay ? something i can do twice a week alongside 2 futsal training sessions with one game on saturday or should i train fast feet and speed and agility on separate days ? -Warm up -Fast feet -Ball work -Speed and agility -Main component -Fitness -Cool down

Hey Micheal! Great vid! But I am having a serious problem. There is a cup in our school (I am 14 years old) which will be held after a few weeks. The senior players are asking me to come and practice. However, I am a sub and there's no scope for me playing in the team. I feel quite pressurized in the team. I always get frustrated and tensed even during the school practice.And at the end, its my heart which is not willing to play in the school team. What should I do? Should I prefer to play for the school team or should I go and practice (individual practice) for my upcoming games?

Training with other players is always a better way to prepare mate, as it’s more like the conditions of a match.
