    Nice video mate. Why i feel like lazy and dizziness whole day even i take good diet appropriate sleep and good training. I feel like slow and feel my legs to be heavier. 24X7

    hey mate, would you do this at the start of the workout before your speed and agility work. Im using your template of a professional footballer session. i want to incorporate fast feet and speed and agility . Does this sound okay ? something i can do twice a week alongside 2 futsal training sessions with one game on saturday or should i train fast feet and speed and agility on separate days ?
    -Warm up
    -Fast feet
    -Ball work
    -Speed and agility
    -Main component
    -Fitness
    -Cool down

    Hey Micheal! Great vid! But I am having a serious problem. There is a cup in our school (I am 14 years old) which will be held after a few weeks. The senior players are asking me to come and practice. However, I am a sub and there's no scope for me playing in the team. I feel quite pressurized in the team. I always get frustrated and tensed even during the school practice.And at the end, its my heart which is not willing to play in the school team. What should I do? Should I prefer to play for the school team or should I go and practice (individual practice) for my upcoming games?

      Training with other players is always a better way to prepare mate, as it’s more like the conditions of a match.
