It works for a contractor to do a small job without a pickup or big truck to carry a long ladder.
I would alway be worried it was going to collapse. I'll stick with an extension ladder.

Even aluminum extension ladders are wobbly over 20’. You probably said but what is the distance between the rungs? And does the surface of the rungs have any roughness to keep your feet from slipping? 👍
Saying that it weighs 50lbs adds some mental safety. Seems pretty durable.
