    I've had this ladder for 8 months and didn't know how to open a few rungs at a time until now! Lol thanks so much, brotha!

      How has it been working for you so far? Is it pretty stable working alone?

    I've got the exact same ladder + the stabilising bar at the bottom. It's fantastic.

    Just bought one yesterday as I got a new job as a roofing contractor and as a woman who also has a disabled arm, normal extension ladders are way too heavy for me.
    But this telescoping ladder seems complicated to use so thank you for the great explanation!

    I wish there were more videos of ladders being used to cut and trim tall trees with many densely leaf-covered branches. Most importantly - how do you slide the top of the long ladder through thick leaves and branches in order to keep the ladder securely in place before you climb up it?

    This should also be suitable for firefighters, although it has the same effect on the normal size ground ladder

    Thank you for this video..quick and direct. My question is that I'm not strong enough to push the rungs up if I only want it to go up part-way. Also, if I open it from the top, it becomes top heavy and I can't control it/lift it. In short, I'm short and a small woman, but I thought since I'm pretty fit, I could handle it. It looks easy when you do it.

    • @dial2fast
      @dial2fast  2 роки тому

      The rungs and ladder is very light. The light weight makes it very easy to use.

    I seen one of those brake on the bottom foot and a guy hitting his head against the concrete, i would never buy them, as a roofer they are too weak for heavy duty use. The only thing whats cool is that u can put it into the van not on top of it.

    Cannot work with ceiling lights or fans etc. Another problem is you cannot work on an object on the wall directly away or perpendicular to it. You can only work sideways from the ladder to the object on the wall which is such a bummer. Not impressed at all.

      Yeah..i just read an Amazon review of one guy who was very lucky to survive a collapse of the ladder. Fell 10 feet onto a concrete driveway. Ended up in emergency with rib fractures, and hand, elbow, shoulder, neck injuries. Will definitely stay away from ladders like that.

      Tools are as safe as the person using them. I work in construction and yes if you don't know what you are doing or not confident, your chances of injury dramatically increase. Follow the instructions included and you will be just fine.
