He explains every game he plays in a simplified form for his audience in case they havent seen any of his videos. If you watch his raft videos carefully, he actually disables the hud so it's not distracting to his viewers. This man knows how to make content no matter how chaotic it may seem he has planned it all out.
Since you didn’t know beacons were gone, i think you may be unaware that radio towers have a useful function (changed in same update) They reveal information on the map (in a radius) the location and purity of nodes among the most useful information revealed Also two series I think you’ll enjoy Lgio has a hydroneer series of videos The spiffing Brit has a collection of Skyrim videos
The "harder" spawn spots have better ore veins, but less building space. Coal is also a bit of a hike from the Forest spawn. Due east of your spawn is the big crater, which is pretty dense in good ore veins, oil, lots of water, etc.
The map is always the same, including the node purity. It's a game meant for long playthroughs instead of multiple short ones. The different starting areas have different advantages and tradeoffs. The Fields is very open and easy to build in with plenty of plants for biomass, but most of the nodes are only normal or impure. The Northern Forest (where Josh started) has a lot of pure nodes and a TON of plants, but it's very cramped and vertical meaning you usually have to get a little creative with your factory builds. Or you can just build a sky platform like he did, but I like to try to work with the terrain where I can. EDIT: Also, in regards to concrete and building while exploring, the new dimensional storage thing is amazing and I highly suggest the first thing anyone automates into it be concrete. You will NOT be sorry. But also, I've learned that ladders are amazing for scaling vertical terrain. You can build more while climbing so you can just keep going straight up without needing to zig-zag and take up a lot of space like foundation ramps do. Ladders are usually one of the very first things I unlock in the shop.
The Spiffing Brit is usually a great entertainer too. However, people say Josh/LGIO and Brit in the same vein, but their approaches are very different. The Brit comes into a project knowing the exploit he's aiming at, he's like a rapier. Josh stumbles in without a plan or even common decency, he is a CHAINSAW.
Heyo, been a while since I personally played Satisfactory, but I think that the waterpumps only measure the vertical distance. So one pump will suffice for the water to go infinitely horizontally if you keep below the vertical maximum.
the reason your usb port keeps cutting out is down to the device manager usb settings... you need to untick the powersaving mode in properties in each one of the USB tabs in device manager
Random question but do you have any other YT channels? You sound JUST like someone else I've seen do reaction content. It's IRL style though, not Vtuber.
The world maps are crafted by the developers, so everything is at the exact same location for everyone.
35:47 he doesnt beat games. He breaks them.

ah yes, screws... the bane of so many mega factories.

The dimensional storage is a GAME CHANGER!
37:38 its 20 meters UP. as long as you don't go past the height limit it works all the way across the map

i am beyond hyped to see the insanity that Josh pulls on this new version of the game

Josh have an history as a film maker and film editor before his UA-cam channel so he has lots of experience making nice cinematic shots and scripting.

You can eliminate screws pretty much entirely from your production lines with enough alternate recipes.
My world was organized until i unlocked the hoover pack. Now it looks like spaghetti everywhere.
I didn't notice you'd watched some let's game it out, gonna go watch the first one
Whould love to see a spiffing brit reaction
I am currently trying to automate nuclear pasta lol
u my fav vtuber (the only one i watch lol)
So. If he _had_ gotten to go up with the space elevator by building on top of it...
Would you put in the effort to get up there and do the same?
You should react to his 600 meter human cannon video, one of the best videos on his satisfactory playlist in my opinion
(Also good video 👍)
