if there's one thing i know about Josh, it's that he almost certainly did not use cheats to gather materials. the man actually enjoys spending hundreds of hours doing the most mundane task to break games in the funniest way, he has DEDICATION in his veins ( i believe one Detail Plank is around 10 wood, so he collected literally thousands upon thousands of wood just for this stupid bit he is insane)
If you've ever heard him describe how he made the moon in Planet Zoo, you know he has no reason to ever cheat. He literally filed the entire sky of the snow biome with props to blot out the sun, then fucking built a star-scape to make it look like space instead of just darkness.
There’s no way of telling whether or not Josh uses cheats to speed things up, but this mfer ACTUALLY ENJOYS doing tasks like these, and he does actually stream doing stuff like this sometimes. If you want to react to anything else from Let’s Game It Out, I recommend his Satisfactory series. Let’s just say…the stuff he does is so taxing on the game, the devs use his save to test performance.
meeting the npc's unlocks their skin for you to use yourself.. especially nice in coop to give you options more then just the default chars... and the unlocks are account bound, so if you have found them once, they will be unlocked for all future playthroughs.
As someone watched someone mine all 10 end pillars down to nothing And then respawn the dragon 15 times just so they could mine the towers in between the respawns. I can assure you some people just enjoy the grind almost moreso than playing the game.
So regarding the fall damage, it's calculated based on amount of time spent falling, but is capped after 50 damage worth so if at full health will never kill the player. Also yes, his raft was exceedingly expensive to make; each detail plank is 10 normal planks, and each string light is 8 plastic and 2 rope. If you'd like to react to more of his content, I would suggest Satisfactory or Planet Zoo (just a note that his Satisfactory playlist is in reverse order though).
im sure someone said this already but the devs did see this video and tried to patch as much of this as they could so you cant do alot of things he is doing now
This man...at 17:10 spent SO LONG to get those fishing things its INSANE! You have to build machines that turn random trash into trash cubes and then you make them yourself slowly.
In 7 days, Survival is the endgame. It's an endurance game were the point is to get as far as you can, because every 7 day horde gets progressively stronger, and harder.
7 days has no end game, aspects of the game just scale up but you also scale up so once you understand the game it gets super easy. Modded 7 days is amazing, The overhaul mods add storylines and an actual end game to play towards.

Nope, they’re randomized. I don’t know if it’s randomized every world, or every account has a different set of codes, I’ve only played once so I can’t confirm, but every time I watch a playthrough, the code is different
@@SomeRandomGooser they are not randomized codes. It is the same code across all versions of the game, the reactor code is always 5964 and the dome launch code is always 4813. It is a great visual gag but there is no way he actually tries every code it is an actual waste of time since all he shows is the first couple of attempts and the last couple. The time skips where it shows how exorbitant his builds are have a payoff for dedicating the amount of time it takes to do, but to attempt thousands of codes when the code is not unique and readily available to find online would be futile and actual insanity if he did it.
I noticed you talking about survival games and terraria so I was thinking if you've ever tried aground? You don't even have to install it if you dont want to commit to it or anything but I find it kind of fun since I dont have raft Just a suggestion though. I've been watching on another account, love your videos!
If you want a dragon/story in 7 days to die, check out the Darkness Falls mod, it adds bosses and story. 7 days is still just survival, with no story yet.

Yea as someone whos spent to much time playing the game already, but god damn that probably took more time than I've spent playing raft in total.
