AMAZING!!!! I want you to help me as I have the same kind of neck and lower face aging, at almost 47 years old. Wow, wow wow!!! Your work is the best I have ever seen. No visible scars, amazing results. You helped this beautiful women feel confident as is evident in the photos as she looks so happy! Well done! and how can I book an appointment?
Hello Dr Soares , you are so intelligent and full of knowledge 😊 I am 45 and about to undergo a facelift, necklift and browlift w upper and lower bleth. However I'm getting mixed answers on some of my questions to my doctor. Your videos have been my go to for learning and research, thank you. I would like to ask you how accurate a browlift will address deep 11 lines as well as deep forehead lines?? I don not wish to get botox on a regular basis so I asked dr if a forehead lift w browlift could be done to address the forehead for I feel just browlift will not address my 11 lines and forehead lines. Is that accurate?? Also my bigger question is I have a weak chin w a bit of a double chin yet I'm in fairly good shape just have this turkey neck w a weak chin. My mother and sisters do as well. Dr suggested fat transfer in chin and cheeks and neck lift but doesn't fat diminish over time thus putting me back in the weak chin state??? Not wanting constant upkeep w fat transfer , nor do I have enough to do so. I did research and seen that an implant is the cheaper and longer lasting for chin as well as volume loss in cheeks ( cheek implants verses fat in cheeks as well). I cant afford to go back constantly either for the transfer to be performed so I asked about cheek and chin implants in place of fat. I do realize fat transfer is necessary to replace some volume however would the implants be a better and longer lasting option in the long run w less surgery upkeep??? I've never had any fillers so my preference is to get the best option without constantly going to have fillers. Please help me if you would with just your knowledge. I would love a consultation with you for I haven't paid for procedures yet. Thank you so much for your time and videos. I look forward to hearing from you😊 God Bless
I’m 55 year old male,I used to have a wide neck but now is more fat under my chin but more so on the sides kinda towards my ears Id love to get rid of some of it
Hi Doc. I am 4 weeks out from lower face and neck lift today. While my results are very good I do wish the neck was just a tiny bit tighter. I will discuss this with my doc during my follow up appt a few weeks. I value your opinion so can your tell me is what I see at 4 weeks recovery , what it get? I still have swelling of course but praying for a shrink wrap effect lol. She did Lipo as well. Thoughts? Am I done with full results and if so what is a safe way to take care of the problem?
@@brkitdwn it got better. I would say it’s at 90 percent but I want 100 but maybe that is not realistic. But other things can be done to fine tune it like necktite. We are waiting to see what it does docs like 1 year as changes take place supposedly. It’s five months now I don’t want to do a revision which is typical for the neck area which I did not know 🤦♀️ I will try something less invasive
@@brkitdwn I would say give yourself a couple weeks for swelling to go down I went back to work at the beginning of the third week. No real pain at all because you are so numb. It was really easy. Don’t take too much rx drugs it’s not needed slept in recliner for couple weeks and work the neck band support they gave me!
I would think not, but it would improve texture and maybe skin thickness/collagen enhancement. But it will do nothing for the muscles and skin that sag because the bones and fat in cheeks and temples and jaws shrink with age. If you don't have that much sagging and loose muscle yet and just want the skin to look better it may help, then save up for a surgical procedure later. Also J-Plasma and some other treatments, I think Morpheus can tighten the skin but they do not address the muscle that starts to get pulled down, like this procedure does, and they are about the same cost. I had a consult for neck lift, but he only did J-plasma and he said he put sutures to lift the platysmal bands, and the J-plasma basically shrink wraps your skin, but it was for $6k, which is almost the same as this, and although it would likely help skin look younger and plumper and tighter, it does not actually remove the extra skin or tighten the muscles that have been pulled loose like this procedure does. This procedure does a "corset" to tighten those platysmal muscles, that can become the "turkey neck" up tight, so this would last longer. Ideally we need to address the upper areas because that is where it starts, we lose facial fat and our bones shrink so a upper facelift or fat transfer or filler in upper areas would also help lowe some. I plan to have this procedure and get Sculptra and/or Bellafill for the upper areas because they stimulate your own collagen. I don't trust the usual facial fillers, they apparently last much longer than they thought and they can migrate out of place , and also sometimes people get too much and look unnatural. Anyway, I've done a lot of research and saved up and am hoping to find a surgeon and the time to do it soon. Good luck to you and to all of us. I will be fine to let nature take it's course when I'm the age of me (healthy and independent) 104 y/o grandmother, Lol, but I am "only" near 60 and I am showing signs of inheriting her neck and I definitely want to hold that off as long as possible, Lol.
Fantastic result...not overdone, she looks great!😉

My mother is 81 and still has smooth skin on her face!!!!
But is her skin still where it’s supposed to be or has it drooped?
Why didn't a deeplane be recommended?
Wow😮❤️👍
Does a deep chemical peel on the neck do anything to tighten it up ?
