Great video man. I’ve caught myself talking to friends more and more about the alpha x. I’ve never been a Hoyt fan. At all. It’s the cams that have my attention
When will people learn a D loop will not change your draw length. It only changes your anchor point. Regardless of a d loop or not your kisser button or nose button and string is literally always in the exact same spot.
If you weigh the Mathews it actually weighs 4.4 out of the box. My phase 4 33 weighed 4.7 out of the box. It’s not a half pound lighter like people says it is. I actually think the Phase 4 is still the quietest bow out there. I would like to try the Alpha X 33.
I have both bows also. I was worried about not liking the draw cycle on the lift 33. I shoot 29.5 “ mods but I was shocked I liked it better than p4 33. Also the weight they took out of it was very noticeable to me. I absolutely love the lift!! it just blows me away how much I love shooting it. being a lefty i havent shot the alpha x 33. if they would shave some of that weight out of it I would definitely be interested. I shot Hoyts exclusively for about 20 years.
Had the same experience myself… the Alpha X 33 needed hardly any stabilisation and ended up as a lighter complete package than my Alpha X 30 and RX7 rigs. Also the Alpha X 33 at 20” draw length is super fast and if you have a draw length which is at the top end of the cam it super efficient and fast and easy to draw. And FINALLY someone has seen that it’s not a huge issue to use spacers when moving the cams - it’s not that hard and is actually the same amount of work at a top hat.
Get yourself the Dji mic set to help with your sound as you sounded a little far away. Having said that great video have subscribed and look forward to more😊
You act like you have to do surgery to change a mod on the LIFT…… Pretty simple change. Lift is quieter; faster and put the beereal grip on the Mathews and its Money.
Wow that was a cut to the chase , honest, and very informative video . Thank you . I look forward to more of these.

Honestly these cams are smooth and because they have 3 options I really think you can get the most efficient cam for your draw length too
I've got both Alpha x 33 and Lift 33 @31" and 70lbs. My Lift is no doubt quieter and a little bit faster.

Thing is, when you buy a Hoyt, you don't get a new set of limbs every two or three months. Know what I'm sayin?
Well said
Love the shirt man! Praise the lord!
I also switched to Hoyt this year. I went with the Aplha X 33 also and I couldn't be happier.
Liked and subscribed. Looking forward to seeing more videos. 🔥🔥

I agree top hats and spacers are the practically the same. Is it the easiest tuning on the market no but it is rock solid when you get it set.
I disagree with you on the efficiency part, you lose efficiency when you back down the weight on the limbs without using mods
Can you share info on those stabilizers for the Alpha X 33?
