Hi Lynn, congratulations on your fantastic weight loss. I lost my husband in 2020 just before the 1st lock down and put on over 1 and a half stone. Hate it. Would lose a bit and then put it back on. Seen a lot recently about intermittent fasting and when you said you were going to do it, that inspired me. I am 5ft 5in and had got up to 11st 7. Disgusted with myself. Had managed to get down to 11st 4 but needed to lose more. Started last week and have lost 6lbs. So pleased and like you say don't feel hungry as your body does get used to it. I had been getting indigestion which I never suffered from before, and now it's gone. I have a really sweet tooth so allow myself 1 chocolate a day. You inspired me and I intend to carry on. Will be so happy if I can lose another 7lb for Chrismas. I found a recipe on youtube for a loaf which doesn't need kneading as I gave my bread maker to my neighbour. Really easy and delicious bread. Ah Lynn that's great. I told you those treats and sugar were bad. Sugar is the bugger. Don't have it in the house. All of that food was pretty healthy. Glyes get a bread maker. I've had one for 46 years. This is my 3rd. Learn about sour dough. Freeze your bread when it's fresh after making it. The glycemic index changes when you do it. I like making a honey and oatmeal loaf. Also a nice thing to make is honey flap Jack's, no sugar tho. Put fresh nuts in. Have greek yogurt and fruit for breakfast. Make stewed fruit, have it with yogurt cold or hot. Try avocado, salmon and scrambled egg. It's nice on sour dough, muffins or croissants. An omelette or crepe. Make it yourself tho. You've done great Lynn. We're all making too many excuses for not eating better. We have to stop. All of this crap is expect. The less processed is much better. I love roast dinners. Have 9 veg with it. No Yorkshire or stuffing. I make coliflower, leek and broccoli cheese. Cheese, breadcrumbs and seeds on top. Do a big one so it lasts a few days. I keep my weight down by eating the same way as you. I'm 5"3 and weigh 7st11ish. I weigh myself naked, first thing in the morning. Your clothes weigh a lot and if you eat and drink that adds to it. I think that's why some people are disappointed when they go to weight watches and get their result. It not accurate really. I'm 63. When we were kids a treat was once a week, not every day. I think you enjoy treats more if you have them less. My cholesterol is at a good level too. Drink herb teas and tonic water occasionally. No pop, and wine on special occasions. Oh get your slow cooker out too. Makes life easy. These breadmaker have settings for jam and yogurt too. Keep going Lynn. Xxxxxx

Hi Lynn, that's a brilliant result! You've been so disciplined and it's paid off. You must be delighted.😊 I'm having a problem with my sleep and sometimes getting up at silly o'clock so I've found it difficult to last until 12pm some days but I've managed to reach 14 hours most days and also cut down on portion sizes and lost 2lbs. It's blowing a gale here so once again I've had a poor night's sleep but I will carry on as best I can. I was going to buy that Warburton's bread so thank you for the warning. I've been trying to find out what specific ingredients are bad for you, are you able to tell me or provide a link to what you were told? Thank you for another great video and carry on with what you're doing because it obviously works! ❤❤❤
Hi Sue, it’s the best kick start I could have wished for. A 2lb loss is a bag of sugar, that’s a fab result. I’ve thrown my bread away now, it was a lady in the comments that brought my attention to it, but it was colourings, preservatives, and an oil that’s not good for us. Take a look the next time you go to the supermarket, nearly all the bought in bread has additives in to make it last from the factory to the shelf. I’m not sure about bread that’s made in store on the premises. I think the safest way is just to make my own. That way if I still get a bad tummy, then I know it probably the wheat. I’m sorry I couldn’t be more help.❤️❤️

Well done with your results so far! I was doing well with mine until I came down with a cold. Still managing to do the fasting but I haven’t been eating the healthiest food in my eating window. I’ve been having comfort food 😩 once I’m feeling better I’ll cut out the bad stuff. With the bread, I find Jason’s protein bread hasn’t got too many ingredients in it and it’s nice and one slice fills you up.
Aw no, it certainly doesn’t help when you feel poorly. We all drop off for different reasons, but if you get back on, well that’s the main thing ❤️❤️❤️

Hi Jane, no, no milk, only black tea, black coffee or water I’m afraid, otherwise it won’t work, because your stomachs considers milk as food. ❤️❤️❤️
